Again same situation , i made an order 24th of july . I've mailed CCP countless times but its getting no where . Kieron , was on the case but not heard anything either in two weeks .
Ive phoned CCP 5-6 times . Most of the time no one was around from Eve Store and the lady couldnt deal with it .
What am i ment to do.. im ripping my hair out over this . ive been nice but now im wasting my money on international calls and still over a month and no package..
Any one alive over there

Cancel your original order and dispute any charges with your CC provider.
If you still want the goods then place another order and hope this one gets dealt with.
Bear in mind, it was silly season in Europe up until the end of August with peeps going on holidays etc. Whilst it is no excuse, it may be the reason why you cant get hold of anyone.
Anyway, good luck.

Thanx for the reply . Ineed it was buzy . But i orderd a differnt order less value of money 3 days before and it came the same week . It wouldnt make me mad if they replied and let me know whats going on .
But ive emailed them , phoned them and nothing . ive just worked out its near 30+ mins of international callage im gna get billed for .. its disheartning

U know there is also the chance not to be CCPs mistake but the post office or whatever they use for these deliveries. It's not unheard of for these mistakes to happen in the post offices/courier companies. Just a thought

I am realy hoping they will try and work hard to change this.
My problem is that when you look at the forum rules and scroll down to point 21. You will see an email adress however when you try to email to that adress you get delivery failures.

4th sept . Still no reply to my mails And to the guy who said cancel order i can't it says cant cancel items not pending .
Items worth $194 and im being left to just suck it . i was patient but come on plz some one must care over there :/

if the order is no longer pending and you have not recieved the goods nor able to get confirmation as to the goods being shipped, you have grounds to report it as fraud.

That bought a responce from kieron pretty quickly.
Unfortunately his thread has been deleted or id link it.
From memory kieron blamed it on the store manager being on vacation, that was over a month ago though.

Any idea who i report it to if it comes to it . Here in UK or where there based .
Ill give you some idea what ive been through .
First i mailed a few times to check why its taking so long . No reply for a week . I get a reply . Its shipped . your order number is etc etc . Even tho clearly i stated its not been shipped .
Few other mails have been ignored by EVE Store intill i post on here where i ask for a contact details for CCP . I phone CCP a few times
Mostly was no one around to speak to me or the lady who picks up doesnt deal with EVE Store .
I eve mail kerion who said he would look into this and mail me back , Ive not heard nothing in over two weeks from him and ive mailed twice since .
I phoned CCP on thursday . Remember this is a international call for me . I asked to speak to EVE Store or a manager . The lady replies ok hand on . 8mins of waiting online i hang up and phone back . I ask what happend..
She said she couldnt understand what i said .. I ask again to speak to a manager . She clearly says there in a meeting and to phone back in 30mins 25mins later i phone back : Answer message on Sorry were closed .
I have kept all my emails and will have proof of calls when my phone bill arrives . $194 Worth of goods and im being treated like they have the money so pee off .
Do i have to keep wasting more money phoning CCP? Do i have to wait another month ? Do i keep emailing ?
This is a small ammount of what ive been put through .

I can totally understand your frustration.
I ordered three t-shirts back in early June, only to have 1 shipped to me in mid-July. I sent a email about the order problem, and the store staff was extremely helpful, and is in the process of shipping me the missing items (I think), and some other goodies to 'soothe things over'.
It's September now, and I still haven't received the rest of the order... so, it's been almost 4 months since my original purchase.
While this may not be much help, the only suggestion I can give is to be patient. I imagine that there are quite a few people in our situation, and getting upset over this is not going to help much, other than letting CCP know our level of displeasure with this service.

Where i agree with you to as im sure there buzy . ..I also sell products . And i know if i did this by not replying . Id be shot .
If they replied saying whats going on and keep me updated . It wouldnt be as bad . But to have been put through this with what i posted above shouldnt happen as there running a Store like any one else .
I have been patient . But i cant be now with going through this

Call your Credit Card company (or you can do this online) and tell them to stop payment on the charge. If CCP doesn't give you your goods, they don't get your money.

I got a Game time card as a present from a friend, but I already had one of the same design. I emailed the store and asked if they would swap it for the other design. They said sure no probs, I sent it, got email confirming they recieved it and then got the new card couple of days later.

Not sure about the UK. Here in the US you only have 30 days to dispute something on your bill. However that may be extended since it was not technicaly fraud but was in fact a legitimate transaction that is as yet incomplete. In any case don't just call your CC company, write them a letter, calling doesn't preserve your rights.
Hope this gets worked out and you don't have to take drastic steps...

PS: I wouldn't consider writing your CC company a drastic step, just common sense. They may be able to get the attention that you can't.
Drastic would be the UK equivilant of small claims court here in the US.

If you already paid (your CC has been charged) and didnt get the goods: Its a fraud.

Yes they have took the money off my credit card . And to the guy who said mail Kieron . I have , He said he would look into it . Were now two weeks later ..
If i here no news by the end of the week ill contact trading standings , and my lawer as a last step to get this mess sorted . Thank's all for the advice . Feel free to throw in a bump while im at work today Il try ringing CCP for the last time when i get to work .

If you live in a country that is member os the European Union you should be abe to complain to your local Consumer¦s Rights Office.
Well CCP is based Iceland and is not a member of the EU, but as member of the EFTA (Eurpean Free Trade Association) has to honor the EEA agreement signed with the European Union regarding the Consumers¦Rights.

I expect bugs in software, this kinda this is something else tho. Really bad to hear as it's actually verging on fraud.
Call your CC company, tell them what happened and they'll refund the money.
