That's some seriously bad customer-service, i hope they get to pay back 3x the amount they owe. Stupid online shops are always crappy...

lol damn... i was about to buy some pee from evestore... i wont now, seems like their S&H sux and customer support sux even more.... as many ppl said, just talk with your CC company, they get the money back from CCP bank account and return it to your account, also u can talk to them to sue them cuz Fraud, your CC company can help you a lot in that matter, from my experience, u can get up to 3000% of ur order total (192.86 in this case), and make them pay the lawyer and other expenses, since your a customer and they have 100% fault on this case, also talk with your phone company they might have the records of your calls, the time, duration and destination. and try to record the last call u make so u can use it as evidence in the trial... GL with ur order man

having seen what happend in the ccp store, during the ccg orders, i would say, wait on ordering till they sort their department out.
I followed the testy mctest and my own and others cases during that time, and to say the least, they seemed very understaffed, and not very well organized.
one thing you could do, is email kieron, stating that you would like to cancel your order and get a full refund, stating your reasons.
They do seriously need someone in their store department, to take charge and clean all this mess up.

I was thinking about making ~$200 worth of stuff for the holidays, but clearly that would be a mistake. Sorry for your pain man and thank you for warning.

Wow sounds like you live in Africa, thats the kind of service we get here from our govermental departments and such in sunny south africa, hehe and we are classified as a 3rd world country, where as iceland is classified 1st world if i remember correctly, not to mention CCP is a privately owned company, absolutely classic.
P.S - reporting it as fraud has a tendency to get a wonderful, delightfully quick repsonse from the party involved (done it before) just make sure to include a record of any email/phone conversation times/logs etc as well as your order details.
Nothing like getting the police involved to speed things up, just make sure you are correct otherwise you will be the one in trouble.

Just got back from work
I phoned CCP and spoke to a young lady of a name i didnt catch who was more helpfull . When i said my email she asked if im the one posting on the forums
The lady said they would send me my package today with a few gifts as extra . Ill post when it arrives..
Id like to make a few things clear for any one from CCP reading . I know its bad press for EVE Store me posting here , But id like to point out it was my last option after emailing and well im not looking forward to see my phone bill to CCP .
Im sure your buzy but as a fellow trader . Cut off the stress of the customer by contacting them letting them know whats going on and dont ignore emails.. or worse as my phone calls stated on this post .
Kieron , You still have not emailed me back . I dont know you personally but . If you say you will contact me back . Keep your word .
To the lady i spoke to today which im sorry i didnt catch your name . Thank you for sorting this and i wish id of spoken to you over the last phone calls instead of the other person .
In all honesty im a mature 23yrd male . And this has been a stressfull period to sort such silly things and i hope CCP does sort out any problems over there .
Im left feeling wounded hoping now i do finally get my shipment and can give a sigh of relief .
To the EVE Community i thank you for your postive replys . Its been very helpfull and i owe u guys a pint 
Will let you know when.. the package arrives
