How can I install jump clones when it seems no corporation likes me? At least that's what they say cause when I check standings we are neutral to eachother. I have infomorph psyco lvl III. When I was in a big alliance with sations I had no problem but now I've funded my own corp, I can't install any CJ even in empire

Edited by: RaTTuS on 04/09/2006 14:55:06 Your corp And you need a standing of 8 or better with a corp that has medical facilities [and an office with said corp] ... bascially use one character and run a load of missions.
There are some corps that will allow you entry to the corp to install jump clones then you can leave again. see This Stickied thing -- BIG Lottery, Deal & Sales | Skills Showroom

heh, with that said about the corps that have jump clone capability... does anyone know of any that are readily accepting people for that purpose?

You can also pay a one-time fee to ISS of 25m to arrange Jump Clone Access in their stations.
EC-P8R is pretty close to empire for this (ISS Cassini). Contact 'ACE', 'Parcan' or 'Stins'

That's basically what I tried-- spamming missions for Federal Intelligence Office like crazy and hoping that we wouldn't get members in the corp that would end up having absolutely zero to little standing with them. :(

Not entirly correct. Your Corp needs the standing of +8.0. Your standing does not matter in this. Corp standing is calculated by averaging the standings of all corp members who have standing at all. If you are the only one in your corp, you shout run some missions for a corp you have 8+ standing with. This starts a migration process and eventually your corp will have the same standing as you do. Then you can setup JC. -----------------------------------------------

On Jump Clones:
#1: You can only "Install" (Buy) Jump Clones at bases with medical where you have high enough standings.
#2: You can LEAVE a Jump Clone ANYWHERE (When you clone jump FROM a location, you ALWAYS "leave" a Jump clone behind.
#3: If you clone jump "from" a location where you "already" have a Jump Clone, that would cause "two" Jump Clones to be there, which is impossible in the game as it is, so the server destroys one of them, even if it has implants (I'm told it destroys the one already in storage, but I'm not sure).
#4: You can manually destroy a jump clone when you are in the base it is in. You cannot do this remotely.
#5: It is impossible to lose Jump Clones unless you: --accidently clone jump "from" a location where you already have a Jump Clone. --manually destroy one. --One is destroyed by the owners of the station (never happens at NPC stations)

I tried to install a jump clone in a caldari navy station and I got the message - they don't like me. I have 9.93 standing with caldari navy and 8.03 with caldari state and my corp have 2.4 standing with caldari state and 4.7 with caldari navy. So, to can install a jump clone, both me and my corp need to have at least 8 standing with caldari navy?

You ALSO need "Corp" standing

exactly!
thats why I left my corp to setup some jump clones and rejoined afterwards. thx ccp for another stupid feat.
there r some rumors about creating ur own corp in order to be able to setup jump clones. its not true. after I left my corp I was member of The Scope and installed jump clones on Galente Navy station without any probs.

Damn, no small task... I'm a NPCer, ratting and running complex, I guess I'll need to start agent running... Nah!!
Originally by: Serenity Steele You can also pay a one-time fee to ISS of 25m to arrange Jump Clone Access in their stations.
ISS Nr of Pilots Fees / Month 1-20 / 25m isk
?? This fee per month is to be part of ISS alliance, but are you saying that without getting in their alliance, they'll let me their cloning facility forever for 25m?
-------------------------
Since I already have a clone in 0.0 from my alliance days, I can clonejump there from empire leaving behind the Jumpclone. But The thing is I usually need to clone from 0.0 to empire only (go buy stuff and bring it back), not the other way around.
So IMHO, clonejumping has been introduced in this game for alliances owning outpost. For the small time users like me (freelancer), I'd say don't waste money on infomorph psyco. I understand the need to control who can and cannot install clone in 0.0, even in 0.0 NPC stations but why in empire???
