kublai	Posted - 2006.09.05 10:38:00 - [34] Just a hint, if you're looking for a combat ship, it's not the OMG FASTTTT that counts :) Any interceptor can do 3000-3500m/s while shooting np (I think? some of you guys fly pretty close, assume you use nano's), my crow does 3800 while fighting without nano's, tbh thats all the speed you're ever gonna need on a ship that size, the issue is damage dealing capability, you wont get hit much anyway. Making my own Raptor shuttle thou, havent gotten all the parts yet, hard to go shopping with my sec standing but I think that inty will make for a very good "shuttle", getting you safely from one station to another to pick up skills, go rat etc etc.

Fit a proto cloak and nano instead of the overdrive and you can bust 0.0 gate camps with bubbles with ease.. If your unfortunate enought to appear in a bubble simply double-click in the direction you want to go hit the mwd and then cloak immediatly after.. you'll quickly get to top speed with the nano in the lows and the mwd burst will last until the cycle ends.. If your navigation skills are at level 4 and you have some of the nav buff implants you should be well out of the bubbles range before you slow to the crap top speed a proto lets you run at.. And if not then your still a hellva lot closer to the edge than you would have been starting from the gate..

Mazare Mircea	Posted - 2006.09.08 03:47:00 - [44] Executioner with T1 unnamed MWD, small cap battery and in the lows 2 nanofiber mods. All is tech 1, not named. 3.35 km/s sustainable with acc control 2 and high-speed maneuvering 1. Will do acc control 4 soon and try with a tech 2 MWD.
