What fittings can you put on tier 1 or tier two frigate ships to make them very very fast, at the expense of combat ability, cargo capacity, hull durability, ANYTHING. The important thing is to keep it cheap and MOSTLY replaceable. Filling up all highs, meds and lows with speed/agility/intertia increasing/decreasing parts or parts that would support sustained speeds, E.G. cap recharger or such for prolonged MWD usage.
Specifically this is for the Crow, which is a Caldari Interceptor.

crow in itself isn't cheap, if you want a fast, weaponless, expendable ship, buy a raptor! _

Er...
WTB High-Slot Speed Module!
Maybe wee little gun afterburners. Or you could turn the guns backwards and fire them, the recoil could propel you... Don't let your meatloaf. |

There are no mods that you can put in your high slots that will help with your ship's speed.
The exception is if you have another player in your gang who is able to use skirmish warfare links -- those are high slot modules, but like I said you need someone in your gang who can use them. --- High quality pics of ALL EVE ships!

is it capacitor battery or cap rechargers that let ships use MWDs for longer?

Only fill the meds with cap rechargers if you can't sustain the MWD. You should be able to sustain it 24/7 with decent cap skills. --- High quality pics of ALL EVE ships!

what cap skills will I need?
- Energy Systems Operation to increase cap recharge rate per second - Energy Management to increase total cap (thus increasing total cap recharge rate) - High Speed Maneuvering to reduce cap use of MWD
If you want, I think there's also an implant to decrease the cap usage of ABs and MWDs. --- High quality pics of ALL EVE ships!

Awesome, thanks!
We were talking about the raptor now, right? Considering it is less expensive

Pop in a mwd II and it jumps to 4010ms and with the tiny sig and light weight it insta warps and takes a bit longer to lock.. All youll need is minnie frig one..

Fitting:
HIGHS: nothing (no added mass what so ever)
MEDS: best MWD you can find / afford (faction) and rest empty
LOWS: overdrives. (if by any chance nanos would lighten a ship. fit those)
Thats it.
cheers,

not if you want pure speed.
nanofibers provide some speed and agility, while the OD's only provide (allot of) speed.
actually, the OD's can decrease your ship's agility, since a speed increase without agility increase will make them a bit harder to turn. -------

Yes.
Putting ODs on a frig/interceptor for travel is not a very good idea. The agility is reduced to a level such that you can be locked by an un-sensor booster interceptor before you can warp. Which isn't good.

Because in order to fit any real weapons on a raptor it NEEDS Micro Aux power core. I had to pump 1.2M+ skill points into navation skills before I started feeling worthwhile in caldari interceptors.
