Just squeezing in edge wise here. In September I received a complaint from a player regarding inconsistency in date formats on our websites. Since then some of our pages have been updated to use the ISO8601 standard, but hunting down rogue dates stamps is not among our highest priorities.
Any new pages that may rise from our development should have the aforementioned standard of dates, while other sites may be mended over time. Long live yyyy-mm-dd.

It's not a huge deal but it is a bit annoying - CCP, can you please start to use the worldwide standard for dates? It's more logical too! We try to be consistent and use http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601 for dates and times. This is, e.g., what the EVE Forums use. In a few places we use that standard but with . (dot) as the delimiter, e.g., in the EVE Client and EVE Gate. The EVE Launcher, unfortunately, uses neither of those standards/conventions.

Buddy program past invites. Date on EULA (Updated April 16, 2012) Forum moderation policy (Revised 01/08/2014) Thanks; please note that EULA date format is correct, since it's being spelled out as "April" then the English (US) convention applies.

The RSS feed provides a combined date and time in ISO 8601. (You should find the same format in all our other feeds.)
Example: 2014-12-06T14:55:59Z
How you receive the DateTime of the post may depend on your browser or RSS reader. Chrome gives you the unmodified ISO 8601 date-time, while Firefox gives you something more along the lines of 2014.12.06 14:55.
