I'm sat in Stacmon (0.6) in my Prospect harvesting gas in a Bright Nebula. Now I'm fairly sure this wasn't possible before Rhea. Can anyone else confirm?

Gas clouds have always had a small chance of spawning in High-Sec, to my knowledge.

I think they are limited to Calgary space though. That wiki is pretty accurate if I recall.

I know it doesn't show it on the Wiki, but I believe all Mykoserocin clouds have a chance to spawn in High-Sec in the same region that their hotspot constellations are located. |

While rare, it is possible for the myko gas sites (used in making synth boosters) to spawn in high-sec. I've come across a couple in Minmatar high sec before.
Gas sites spawn in all empire regions, although each variant types of gas are limited to specific regions of space.
If you really want to get into booster manufacturing or gas harvesting for booster manufacturing you need to google for the hot-spot constellations where gas sites are a dime a dozen. Cyto sites have constellations in null and Myko sites have their hot spot constellations in low sec. |

I have mined gas in just about every Hi Security Region. Rare / scanned finds...Rare Gas is even harder to find, and if you do and your not in your Venture/Prospect your kicking your own ass |

Ladar sites can spawn anywhere in the same region as the hotspots. There are almost always some Golden Myko sites in hi-sec Lonetrek. I have huffed Golden in Jouvolen (starter system). Golden Cyto hotspot is in Lonetrek low-sec. I have also huffed Myko gas in Maurasi (Amber?).
The thought of huffing gas in Stacmon isn't alien. Placid is a very well known hotspot region for Golden gas.
