1. Didn't get an e-mail from you that I can remember.
2. I have been working on some new stuff for the website (an updated FAQ and some other stuff) and it takes priority over answering all but the most urgent e-mails.
3. If you feel you were reprimanded unfairly, you need to contact [email protected] and discuss it with Customer Service.
4. I am not a Game Master or a customer service rep.
5. The flaming, insults and otherwise uncalled for behavior in this thread needs to stop pronto.

As far as the email goes, I tend to get alot of hate mail from u carebears so I don't always check my eve-mail all the time.
Btw, Grieve is to hurt some 1, you guys that are flaming are trying to greive me, your trying to hurt me verbally. If you blow up a persons ship, you greive them, you hurt them, so im a big greiver, so what, try and find a new word to call me.
See, I told you this post would get Pann's attention... dunno why she didn't get my email now I can go ahead and send over another e-mail. No offense to Pann now, because I thought she was ignoring me and I hate to be ignored.

So long as certain people find it amusing to watch those they dislike get public drubbings without intervention, it's highly unlikely to stop. So long as certain people can't see the forest for the trees, focusing on the minutia while major issues rage around, it's highly likely to continue.

Now this part is interesting, vague and assuming everyone abide by the same moral bindings, the golden rule doesn't apply here either in the sense that we should show restraint, if you deem someone to be an ******* you tell him that as you would expect if you deemed yourself to be one.
Of course there's subtle ways to convey pretty much the same message but I really don't expect many of the Tank-like players to get those...

I imagine 1.5 meg crashlog files for stuck characters chew up their mail spool pretty quick.
