Are you going to reply to my e-mail I sent you almost 2 weeks ago or do I have to send out another e-mail to the mods cussing them out and callin u a b in that email because u wouldnt reply to my email? I don't like to be ignored as you can see.

I didnt abuse the exploit, I stoped once they warned me... and then you say u got banned, yes your right, I killed 1 person in Yulia after the warning was sent before I was able to read the warning.

You were killing people in a 1.0 system.
You have two choices here; either:
1. You were knowingly continuing to do so though you knew you shouldn't be able to. (Willfully Exploiting)
2. You didn't understand that killing people in a 1.0 system was supposed to have ramifications (despite being a PK for quite some time) .. in which case, you're a terminally clueless genetic throwback more geared to eating bellybutton fluff than piloting a multi-million ISK spacecraft.
Please enlighten Scrapyard Jack regarding which of the above profiles you claim to adhere to?

I don't think you should expect a reply from Pann or any of the mods.
I've had a lenghty discussing with the mods and after my last e-mail where I once more pointed out the flaws and incinsistencies in what they wrote to me I've never heard from them again.
Last mail from me was sent 07/10/03 @ 16:19 CET.
I expect tp publish all communuications soon, I told them I would if they just ignored me.
Great CS. You feed the customer BS then when he points out you are full of it and what you write is littered with contradictions and holes you just don't get a reply anymore. Way to go.

From what tank writes you can see he thinks exploits are perfectly fine to use (as long as they don't get you banned). Why doesn't it surprise me an ev guy is supporting a known exploiter

In my business (and every other one I bet) there's always those few "trouble customers" that seem to be a problem all the time. We spend a disproportionate amount of company time catering to them, and so we really and truly don't like them very much and probably wouldn't mind losing their business altogether.
I think Tank CEO is like that.
I'm willing to bet that CCP would have a chuckle if he "threatened to leave" or really did leave Eve altogether. I mean, at the end of the day, he still pays the same $$ everyone else does.

Pann is customer support and she said that I can email here anytime I had a problem. Another email I sent her was a month ago and she didn't reply to it until I sent a email to the mods cusing them out and then saying "Tell pann to kiss my ass because she don't reply to my email"... Then she replied to my email after I sent that...
Yea my 3 drones reallly is a lag exploit!
And no, I didn't know killing in 1.0 space and cops werent coming was a exploit..

Hehehe, you may not know, that their email account is full and any emails sent to them will be returned. This is true, as it has just happened to me. They must have 1000's to get through  I wonder why?

Frankly I wouldn't say he was exploiting at all.. The cops were simply too weak/stupid to take him out. (Just my opinion .. )
There's no sense in having an area of space where it's impossible to kill people... And it's not as if he was killing noobs.. he was killing AFK indy people.. who were eating all the poor noobs's ore...

Ok heres how it went. I went around in 1.0 space looking for people to kill. Amarr to New Caldari I rotated...
I then went to Yulia, killed a person, saw that no cops came, well I am all in it for the fun and the traffic so im like hell yea.. not knowing it would be considered a exploit. I then proceeding to kill and just have fun.. well I then received a warning from a GM and I took the warning and left Yulia until the next day since the downtime reboot would fix the cops... Unfortanatly for me, I killed 1 more person after the warning was sent before I read the warning.. so thats why they banned me. As far as Amarr and other systems other then Yulia, the cops were not bugged and they did come each time I attacked, they were simply weak... well, I was simply 99% resistant to theeir damage so I was pretty much GOD to them. I carried a mwd and tac sheilds, sometimes the cops got me webed but I just logged out whenever that happeneed and logged back in and I was fine and cops were gone. Anywas, enough on that, im done explaining myself and sick of hearing about something that has happened months ago.

I couldn't care less if how, why, when, with whom Tank was banned. My point was simply:
If he talkes to people this way, if he feels he can force people into answering him by being ... public about that idea, well, I think I wouldn't be amazed if Pann (or anyone he "approached" in this manner") would never reply. I sure as hell wouldn't react to this posting as a start...

Now this part is interesting, vague and assuming everyone abide by the same moral bindings, the golden rule doesn't apply here either in the sense that we should show restraint, if you deem someone to be an ******* you tell him that as you would expect if you deemed yourself to be one.
Of course there's subtle ways to convey pretty much the same message but I really don't expect many of the Tank-like players to get those...
