ive done like over 50 missions and still no reward though my friends make 1 every 5 hours, wich is less then 40 missions... how many more should i take on?

It seems to be very random, I got my first on the 70th mission and the second on my 80th mission then had to do about another 40 missions and got 2 more in a row.

make sure ur faction rating is maxed , took me about 62 or so for my first and then i got 3 within 2 hours .

I've heard from other forums that an agent will give out the implant mission every x number of missions. If there's more than 1 person working that agent it will throw in the randomness you're talking about. I read that someone got the mission then went to bed and got another after 2-3 missions when he logged in the next day.

It seems that you must run somewhere between 45-55 missions with maxed faction (possibly more if the agent is crap) before you start getting implants. After that they come relatively often.
With a +10 standing +7 quality agent, I got my first implant at 45 missions, I had +6 Duvolle standing and +10 Gallente standing when I first got this L3 (my second L3 in Duvolle.) I also bribed him quite a bit to achieve maximum standing with the agent itself.

I think it's pretty random. Yesterday, I got a perception implant from my level 3 agent at mission 29, with a corporation standing just a little above 5.0 ;-)

I am getting implants almost every 5 missions, sometimes even sooner.

No offense but if you are, I would submit a bug report before its listed as an exploit.
They shouldn't be dropping anywhere near as fast as that since the mission were de-tuned a while back.

Got my first (basic memory, as im caldari) at 27.... :) ... havent had any more yet .. but then im only at around 35 .. so im not complaining yet ...

I have completed [108(and still counting)] non-CONCORD/Jove level 3 agent missions post 1238 and am still to get a single implant mission  . I have, however, worked out the reason for this. The reason is that all 5 of my level 3 agents are women and they are all homosexual (I know this because I have had to retrieve the shopping of their female partners ). I am sure that if they were heterosexual they would want to implant me  . I will need to file a petition that I have been the victim of sexual discrimination
[edit: Well I don't know if my agents read the forums or not but I did get an implant mission with my mission tally at 117 ]

So, agents vary, depending how many ppl are working for them? Is this true? If this is the case, perhaps for agent reward quantities as well, it might explain why my current level3 agent has become so poor for me. Can anyone confirm this?

Got implants at mission 30, 44 and 55. Seems to be ramdom for everyone.

I have a (agent -19% standing +6%) agent and have done 32 missions, but still no implant. My faction standing is only 2.22 tho and my corp standing is 5, so dunno if that affects it.
(oh and i failed 2 missions)
