That said, the demand for the other materials probably won't go back to pre-Rhea status so It'll probably end up at 45-50 million.

This versatility it should bring.. .just isn't there in my opinion. Sure you get those bonus, but the rest of the ship stays the same. In speed mode it doesn't have the projection to kite with pulses (not really all that fast either to be honest), in sniper mode it doesn't have the speed to kite, in defense mode it doesn't have the tracking to be an excellent brawler... and the tank is nothing to be talked about anyway for that pricetag, unless you fit plates and trimark it (still nothing incredible) but then you pretty much make the other 2 modes irrelevant. I sort-ish like a 10mn fit.. but... yeah... with that agility i'd rather fly a nomen and be done with it. I reckon with skirmish links it might be fun tho.

T3's are supposed to be "flexible" so roughly equivalent to a navy ship in any 1 role with the ability to swap roles AKA, not a very good ship

At about the time a ship like the confessor should stabilize, is when the next release is scheduled, and the next T3 destroyer hull will hit the market. Expect a VERY wild ride on T3 destroyer hulls for the next 6 months or so.

This is not a T1 hull. T3s have pretty consistently had a larger than average markup because of the skills required. That, coupled with demand remaining high with supply being limited to 1 ship every 21 hours per build slot, means the price will be more than the build materials for quite a while. I wouldn't be surprised if these ships remain higher than 100mil for the next month.
