Also about account transfers, it's not like CCP don't have an official procedure you can follow to transfer accounts.
It's the whole sharing of accounts they are heavy on, if you don't follow account transfer procedure before logging onto a friends account to transfer it you take that risk.

2 things.
Any EULA he broke would not hold water in court. This has been proven time and time again with all MMO's; the law simply does not care if somebody buys currency or accounts in game.
Secondly, sometimes those ISK-sellers can be deceptive. Any major channel you go in, you can see ISk sellers (recruitment, major local, etc). Also, sites like Eve Radio have ads that sell ISK. Eve Radio is linked directly to this site, as well as in game through the "official in game chat channel". Is it not hypocritical to say you cannot buy ISK, yet you have links that go to ISK-selling websites?
I am not condoning his actions, I am just saying I can see why he is upset.

You don't seem to get it. This spam isn't causing issues like the isk selling, and other stuff. This is a Denial of service attack, and as such has legal consiquences
