Id guess they already did. He either has an IP changing device, or BT broadband (which, upon every re-connect, changes your IP).

I can only imagine the sentence I would get for posting on some lame ass game forums. This is pretty funny though, so I think I will continue. Also, you may not know but I have about 4000 petitions open at the moment. Good times!
