If negative feedback is censored is this really a forum?

I am not sure why this is suddenly occurring but I think it very disturbing that it is. In the past this was a true forum where people were able to discuss CCPs decisions in a free and open manner. Now it seems that if your thread is not about "who is the most attractive avatar" or similar fluff it is loosely classified and locked. Which isn't to say you cannot be critical of other players behaviors. This is tolerated. So my question is, is EvE doing so well and is CCP doing such a good job that there is no room for criticism? Or are we being censored? This thread has so much content it may be 'Thread of the Year' and it is only January.
