It has come to the attention of the Black Omega and The Curse Alliance that some one in Black Omega has been in negotiations with CFS members about an NAP. and that we would switch sides in this War.
This is not the case at all. Black Omega stands by this alliance and we as a corporation will not tolerate this. to this end we are commited to removing this individual.
We will not switch sides. and we will continue to fight this war with our Curse Alliance mates.

Tivians Rank is not a problem, neither is mine.
Black Omega Security will NOT join CFS.
I plan on continuing to fight for CA for a long time to come. If you didnt notice, several Black omega people have taken part in raids against you, i personally was in the first when you declared war on us. Karnah even lost his battleship to your forces.

I think you should except what I have said. we are NOT going anywhere. And our leader knows what I have posted. We discussed it before I posted this. The person that discussed this with CFS did so with out discussing it with us-the corporation. and if that person wants to leave he is more then welcome to...but he goes to CFS with out any of us. or the Corporation assets. You ask what my RANK is? one of many voices that has said NO WAY!!! WE WILL NOT BETRAY OUR FRIENDS IN CA!!! NO WAY NO HOW!!! the only way we come to CFS is to destroy CFS property and lives. IF the Curse Alliance is to die....which it won't then we go down as a complete alliance, and we go down fighting!

We wanted to make our intentions very clear and understood so that there was no confusion. and that this was intended to go to the people who where making plans behind our backs about something that they had no control over, and so that CFS could not use this to their advantage. and CFS SHOULD care about what we do!

In brief defense of your leaders TIvian, they made no committments at all. Ange Noire wanted to open the possibility of BOS remaining out of the conflict because she BOS was a reputable and honorable corp, which wouldn't be interested in the war.
Discussions with your leaders were polite, but they made it very clear they could make no committments; and that they would discuss anything with the corporation before coming to any conclusions.

We are honorable yes, that is as far as i can agree with you.
Karnah HAS Made a commitment.. We will NOT EVER join cfs. We will continue to stand by our CA friends and Allies. Not one member of our corp even considered the offer.
We have a large contingent of players who enjoy PvP, and the last week we have been enjoying leading, and taking part in military operations in this war.
I Found it very arrogant of your senator above telling Tiv, that he was wrong, and that he somehow knew better.
Maybe someday there will be peace between our two alliances, but until then...

Well i heard that Karmah hijacked Lady Pyriel's chair.wtg guys, that was the only clearsighted person in your corpo and prolly the only one able to lead u to the right way. Obviously the honorable BOS i knew is all over. what's now that u are the sinister's pets ?
That's sad , Karmah was a good guy in the past i wonder what the hell happened to him. I knew that guy all against the pirates fighting them, Pyriel and me did some good work in Wildland and now, u sit and drink with them.
Yup i tryed to find a way to avoid a fight betwen BOS and CFS since i called your leaders as friends, but what's now ? Pyriel gone u are doomed.
Oh and don't think wrong, CFS don't care about u guys, that was all my job. i did all that, Senate didn't even examinate any NAP propisition or what, i don't even think they heard about u. it's only me. I tryied to help out a friend, who isn't even your CEO anymore. end of the story

In all fairness to Pyriel, I am sure he was acting in what he thinks is right for all of us. and I am sure that not everyone feels that they wanted the war. And I understand Ange that you had a friendship with Pyriel and maybe there is a missunderstanding...but that comes with territory. War is Hell. and some times friends fight friends, But the general thought was that we all should have had a choice. and any NAP would cause problems for all with in both alliances. If both sides wanted peace there would be peace

Once again CFS arrogance presumes to know the internal workings of a CA corp, and once again you are WAY of the mark.
I appeciate you dont want to fight your friends, i myself have a few friends in CFS corps, but war is war i guess, friends are bound to have to fight each other.
Im still not looking forward to the day my ship comes across a friend in CFS

Well upon further review. Lady Pyriel is still CEO and we are stonger now then we where yesterday. We are still commited to the CA and fighting all who have declaired war on us.
I would like to say I am sorry to Lady Pyriel. and I am glad to be a member of Black Omega and I am glad to be a member of CA.

i know that now. I know exactly what happen in BOS, as i said before, i got a great respect for Lady Pyriel who i considere as a very good friend in eve. shame CA attacked us, now we are at war, but war against us can't last forever.

Taht depend mainly of if yes or no they want to betray their primary goals. I know BoS against pirates and found them today, standing with them. I don't talk about Sinc, i don't care of them, but still this morning, 2 BOS members was in gang with a pirates, who isn't in curse, so they can't say that was a war act.

Well, well, well... this is now a dead topic. I Purgatory aka Lady Pyriel have been CEO of Black Omega since day 1 and with the grace of God will remain so for a good long time. Indeed I was talked to about the possiblity of a N.A.P. but never agreed to one nor did I give promise of one. The subject was talked out between 2 friends on oppisite sides in a war 1 time, "1 time people" we concluded it can NOT happen. This is a war and both me & my friend respect eachother for our willingness to fight for a cause. This fight will have us on differant sides "this is our problem... nobody elses!!!" B.O.S. will continue to defend Curse and all her interest destroying all our enemys until you people learn we are not A Pirate Alliance and to keep your hands out of our cookie jar. Curse is our's just stay out. If not... plan on losing alot of ships. I hope this has helped answer any and all questions.

Nirvy : If you run across a friend in CFS, you can decide not to shoot. It's happened in wars before where 2 friends have been on opposite sides and pretend they didn't see each other.
I don't know if the corps are still pirates or not, but many people are going to choke on a "ex=pirate" saying I stopped pirating today so now you have to respect me as a law-abiding citizen. The road to that -10.0 sec level was a long one. The road back may be equally as long. I'm not saying you are lying, I don't know you.
I do know that even I would like to see some time pass before I trust that statement. It's very unnerving to see a yellow threat box and the info show a -10.0 with a 2 mil bounty. No time to open local chat and ask "Excuse me, are you still a pirate?". You'll probably have to accept that people are still going to shoot you.
Getting rid of the bounty would help. Get a clone and have a corp mate pod you. At least the bounty will clear and you will be more convincing.

Rougie, I do believe the losses you quote are for a single engagement between OC and CA. To my knowledge there have been several, if not many, skirmishes involving OC and CA. On several occassions, the outcome was similar to the one above, only in OC's favor. There are several posts on the boards here, with both sides somewhat agreeing on losses incurred.

Well, it does raise a question--what are BOS forces doing in JK-FIX "defending Curse space" by destroying defenseless indies? Why in general would they invade the region? It doesn't make you look terribly anti-pirate; especially when most of them run from actual warships.
