Someone has copied the login page from official EVE site. When you enter your username and password it records them, so these people can then use your account when they like. It's theft. They are stealing your information using fraudulent methods...

The problem with reading in-game, is that the forum code uses tables and the ingame browser has no clue what a table is. I usually stay away from the forums since its either a flamefest, trollwars or simply bashing CCP about the developers.
