so that we dont have to pay you extra?
just send a email or a notification when u login on eve. everty time it hapens i know i could have prevented it by writing down when my eve expires but i still feel cinda scammed by ccp for this...

There is no extra involved, you don't have to pay extra to reactivate an already activated account...

Since CCP are so big on ******* up the Character Information screen atm with so far 3 recent changes, the latest one is by far the worst. Why dont they add a little account summary tab for it? Would come in handy to regularly check subscription expiry date ingame.
Tho, why do you have to pay extra when the account is expired? When you buy 3 months of time it gets added on top of the current expiry date. when you are expired you just pay for more time. There isnt (or wasnt) a reactivation charge or anything. wtf you on about 'scammed'?

uhhh sorry but you can put the dunce cap on, when you get a subscription paid for, it tells you when it expires, so YOU made the mistake and did not pay attention...it was YOUR fault, ccp gave you plenty of warning.

Alltrough information about endling subscription would be nice. Maybe it even brigs more $$$ for CCP who knows. Its not bad idea. Many many many many times ive said 'damn... i need to login i knew that my account will expire soon but.... damn!!!'. I dont know person who regulary looks at his/hers subscription end date. Ppl are to lazy for it or they have other things to do.

when ur accound is expired and u extend it again it costs more then when u extend it when it is not yet expired.
if u use GTC they remove like some days to make up for it.

Since never. Using a 30 day gtc gives you 30 days, doesn't matter if account is active or inactive.
You can even play the trial, and activate the account with a gtc and save some $$.

Um, you might want to look at a calendar. A GTC 30 is 30 days, yet, if you haven't noticed by now, some months have 31 days. Do the math.

What extra?
You pay your months subscription you play for a month...
You purchase your account access rights and you get a month within that price as well....
I don't understand what the issue is apart from you forgot to pay up for the next month...

It does say somewhere that you pay extra for reactivating an account. Don't remember where, do remember establishing that it is wrong.

Alas, CCP cannot do anything about the OP's intel, or lack of smarts therof.
if you know how to use the bathroom, you should be able to remember the date every month that ccp takes its money....

if your sub ends say 23rd
and you enter a 30 day GTC on say the 26th
and your char has been training in those 'lost' 3 days (i assume this is correct? )
then surely it's OK that CCP started your account on the 23rd ?

My Account Is how you check the Billing time of your Account.
You check that, You find out when the account is due for billing, IE, when your time ends.

I don't know if there is a way to check (I tihnk there is none, though), but I can tell you that your current skill will keep training while you're away. So like you could be a day away from your account expiring, start training battleship 5 or something long like that, let the account expire, remember when the skill is supposed to complete, wait until that time, reactivate the account, and you'll find that the skill is completed.

doh i know that ive been in eve with several accounds for 2 years.
i was planning to train bs V but it was training some other skill before it suspended
they should make cheap 10-minute game time codes for people like me who forgot to set a long skill training before theyr accound suspended

As far as I can remember, Wizz always seem be getting scammed one way or another by CCP.
Heck, I bet that if CCP gives him a free BS, he will complain and said he got scammed because CCP didn't let him spend his ISKs.

that reminds me of that time ccp gave me a caldari navy raven.
giving me a CNR is ok, but they put it into the cargo hold while i was in my raven in 0.0 next to a stargate.
and with my cargo hold being overloaded i could not jump/warp.

Damn right we should get a warning, a corp member of mine just has his power of two account lashed with now warning. He had all his assets and training time invested in that character..lost unless he pays monthl;y fee for release.NOW THAT SUCKS!

First of all, sucks to be all of you guys who never check subscription status. 
Now, it does not cost extra money or days to reactivate a suspended account! If you start it on the 28th of the month with a 30 day GTC, and the month has 31 days, then you subscription would end on the 25th day of the next month. You pay for 30 days, not however many days is between this month's 20th and next month's 20.
