She's probably busy writing anti-Gallente pamphlets. I can't imagine it being easy writing enough to distribute to every State citizen.

I was thinking more along the lines of her showing up to decry the Federation again. Maybe even "correct" some poor misguided people about the "true nature of the federation" and why it must be destroyed...
