The Curse Coalition today has reaffirmed their commitment to keeping the Curse, and surrounding regions free and safe for all peaceful corporations to travel though, trade and mine. The Curse coalition has reaffirmed their open boarder, and zero-tolerance for pirate policy.
The Curse Coalition (CC) has declared they are the legitimate governing body of the Curse region. The CC welcomes any corporations, groups or individuals who wish to operate and conduct peaceful business in the Curse region to do so.
The Curse Coalition has denounced the Curse Alliance of Pirates as an outlaw pirate organization. The Curse Coalition working with their friends and allies will do everything in their power to force the Curse Alliance of Pirates out of Curse and the surrounding regions, bring these pirates to justice, and restore peace and order to the area.
The Curse Coalition recognizes The Curse Alliance of Pirates is engaged in an unprovoked war of aggression against the Stain Alliance (SA). The Curse Coalition recognizes the Stain Alliance right to self defense. The Curse Coalition herby grants the Stain Alliance full authority to hunt down, prosecute, and destroy any Curse Alliance of Pirates assets anywhere in Curse or the surrounding regions for as long as it takes to bring these criminals to justice and force them to leave the Curse and surrounding regions and guarantee the safety of SA members.
The Curse Coalition recognizes the Curse Alliance of Pirates has committed acts of piracy and unprovoked acts of war against the members of the Coalition of Free Stars (CFS). The Curse Coalition recognizes the CFS right to self defense and herby grants the CFS authority to hunt down, prosecute, and destroy any Curse Alliance of Pirate assets anywhere in the Curse or surrounding regions for as long as it takes to bring these criminals to justice, force them to leave the Curse and surrounding regions, and guarantee the safety of CFS members.
The Curse Coalition recognizes that the pirate Sinister Corporation and their allies in the Curse Alliance of Pirates are involved in a war of aggression and have committed acts of piracy against Fountain Alliance (FA) members. The Curse Coalition recognizes the Fountain Alliance right to self defense and herby grants the Fountain Alliance authority to hunt down, prosecute, and destroy any Sinister Corporation and their Curse Alliance of Pirates supporters for as long as it takes to bring these criminals to justice, force them to leave the Curse and surrounding regions and guarantee the safety of FA members.
The Curse Coalition recognizes that some peaceful corporations have been tricked into joining the Curse Alliance of Pirates by people representing themselves as something they are not. The Curse Coalition strongly urges those corporations to reconsider their position and consider withdrawing from the Curse Alliance of Pirates as soon as possible. The Curse Coalition does not wish to see good corporate names soiled by the criminals in the Curse Alliance of Pirates.
The Curse Coalition is willing to give Curse Alliance of Pirates member corporations amnesty on a case by case basis if they withdraw from membership of the Curse Alliance of Pirates, agree not to support the CA or pirates anywhere, and make a public statement that they are no longer in the Curse Alliance of Pirates. Companies which receive said amnesty will be permitted to operate in the Curse and surrounding regions after the Curse Alliance of Pirates have been removed from the area and peace and order have been restored.
The Curse Coalition will do everything in our power to assist our peace loving neighbors in order to rid the region of the outlaw Curse Alliance of Pirates and their supporters. We look forward to the day peace and order can be restored to our homeland and all peaceful corporations may prosper.
All travelers should be advised that at this time, Curse and the surrounding regions constitute one large war zone. Until such time as peace and order can be restored the Curse Coalition advises all parties to exercise extreme caution when traveling though the area. Any ships suspected of aiding enemy forces may be fired on by CC\CFS\SA\FA forces without warning. We regret having to employ such force but we can not allow the free use of the space lanes by CA pirates or their supporters.

Haha, recognized the Stain Alliance right for self defense? Is that why they continually camp inside Curse space? because they're "defending"? Nothing in Curse is theirs to defend.
And your "recognition" and "invitation to hunt down, etc." is pure bull****. Basically you cannot do it on your own, hell 4 alliances cannot do it, so you come here and ask for help.
And btw.. since you seem to call the CA a Curse Alliance of pirates, and being that we're in it, I assume you call Oracle pirates then?

There is no named body called Curse Alliance of Pirates.
So this declaration is a bit foolish. But if there was an official Curse Alliance of Pirates, I would denounce them too.

Who are the Curse Coalition? I thought the only other faction here in Curse was the Citizen of Curse rebel alliance?
PS there is no such alliance os the curse pirate alliance..very childish really.

It saddens us that Oracle has chosen to align with a pirate organization. As long as you are a member of the Curse Alliance of Pirates we consider you pirates. The good news is if Oracle would like to denounce the CA and take advantage of our amnesty program I'm sure we can work something out.
The last part of your message seemed to be somewhat garbled. IÆm sure you where wishing the Curse Coalition nothing but the best. I thank you for your kind sentiment.

Hello all, can i start out with saying this:

first of all CC can not do anything about CA being here, and when u said CC will do everything top get rid of us lol sad u r.
you as in brids of prey (bop) cant even kill 6 indys with 6 battleships. all who read this and want to kill scragg and bach they in scorps and ravens with with 2 mwds, running like cowards, there guns suck and use sensor dampeners and missles. wow im scared. ur shields = what 1000hp.
those battleships u r in r a waste of ships. u guys suck when it comes to fights and run always.
and when u even talked about SA and CFS lol thats right they do have the right to run away.
it just makes me laugh when u said that lol that u will get rid os us. so far SA/FA/CC/CoC/CFS cant get rid of us. and all they seem to do is lose countless ships in all fights. all 5 alliances have bitten of more then they can chew. if people have noticed Stain region seem dead anit? that cause they in empire space mining for all their lost ships.
FA hasmore or less stoped coming.
CFS came lost a scorp and left curse running with a force of 8. and last night they lost another scorp.
CoC i dont see around anymore.
CC is the only cowards left in curse. and when i say CC i mean Brids of Prey cause other CC corps have left and not seen anymore down here.
oh and how scragg was iviting all corps to come down. lol worst mistake u can do. u will be destroyed if u enter Curse. even if it is a indy. this is a war zone well curse isnt lol Stain and CFS area is.
so i warn all now who have nothing to do with this war or wars asi say. DO NOT COME DOWN HERE.
oh and Scragg ur corsp well it will be in any of the CA pilots cargo soon enough. so u better put on 8 mwds and all od's in low slots cause u will die.

Forgive my bluntness but this is the biggest load of crap I have ever seen. This is a last ditch attempt by CC to try to gain public support in their cause to try to push us away from Curse.
Facts:
1) CC cannot muster enough ships to do any damage to us any time of day.
2) CC has lied countless times about their agenda. There have been several posts about this so I'm not gonna bore everyone with that dribble again.
3) Curse Alliance of Pirates is a insult to all that CA stands for. Yes thats coming from me. I so called EX super pirate. I'm sick and tired of CFS/CC/Stain calling us pirates.

The Curse Coalition today has reaffirmed their commitment to shooting at Bestowers and other such indies ships only. Any cruiser or battleship will be run from promptly. Cowering is also an option.
The Curse Coalition is determined to log off for hours at a time when presented with anyone coming to fight them. During these logged-off times, the Curse Coalition promises to figure out new ways to run and hide and log off.
The Curse Coalition gladly makes no profit anywhere in Curse, as they are not able to fit any mining lasers on their Kestrels.
The Curse Coalition begs Stain to come up and help them, as their numbers are falling, and their resolve weakening.
This entire post is basically a HUGE cry for help lol. Shine on, you crazy diamond =)

Unfortunantly you are correct. We can not allow pirates and their supports to roam free so if a ship is in the wrong place at the wrong time and looking like it might be supporting the pirates it may be attacked. We do go to great lenghts to try and identify a ship and it's intentions before we open fire.
Of course you and your pirate friends could help us make that statement less ambiguous and leave but I have a feeling thatÆs not going to happen until we bring a few more of you to justice.
This policy is of course a much better policy then that of the Curse Alliance of Pirates. They just shoot everyone not in the pirate alliance without warning.
It's funny. We discussed how the pirates would turn this around and twist the meaning and sure enough one of the pirate trolls tried. The bottom line is we want peacefull non-pirate alliance people here but by not warning them that the area is currently in turmoil puts them at risk. I left this in to warn the honest folks that the area is dangerous.

I think everyone has caught on that the CA is a way for pirates to pirate with the legitmacy of "war". This is what the CA thinks of as fun. Lieing on posts. Killing the helpless and fleeing anything with guns. CA is mostly living in CFS space now, pirating day to day since they can't make it in curse any more.
Its frustrating since in Eve you can't pin anyone into a fight, and since the CA mostly enjoys others suffering fighting isn't nessisarily the point. It's fun to tie poeple up everyday and make sure they can't enjoy the game, post lies, and and just be pitiful laughing stocks. Limited to the existance of a nuiciance and thinking its fufilling.
