I had a question about the spawning of ore sites (or any sites for that matter) in a C4 wormhole. right now our WH doesn't have an Ore site, even though we've had at least 1-2 here for the last month and this one finally went away. but my question is when t=will the Ore site most likely come back, and is there anything you can really do to get it back, or get more sites to spawn faster? |

As far as I know, all you can do is clear the sites you have or warp to them so they will despawn sooner. Then you just hope you get an ore site when more respawn. I've seen periods in my C2 where there are no ore sites for days, but my anomalies tend to linger since I don't play much.

well easy trick to do , in any wormhole you go throught warp on ore sites to trigger the lifetime trigger. when they despawn theres chance that ore site will spawn in your wormhole, also if you r wormhole belong to region that has other active corps in wormholes, they run their sites, they should spawn in another hole..
as for ore sites, good to mine are unexceptional frontier deposit for quite good abc ore capacity and decent hedbegite/hemorphite deposit i always were mining in those. anyway if you want ore sites in your wormhole , activate ore sites in other wormholes. that is all you can do to try get yourself few ore sites. in fact mining in wormhole without alts on all holes is quite ......... risky .
edit . try to activate ore sites belonging to wormholes to same region/constellation as your wormhole. looks like site spawn is tied to matematic algorythm more than randomness. |

New to WH but how do you know if a WH belong to your wh regions/constellation and then, how can you reach them?
Thank you. |

you cant follow wormhole region/constellation but you can keep scanning and finding more wormholes that can belong to specific region or constellation. so there is chance you can find a wormhole that can be from your region. as for ore sites, keep warping on ore sites in wormholes you go throught, after 3 - 5 days you should have atleast few ore sites (eventually, they can spawn in other wormholes. .
to see wormhole region and constellation click the J code system itts displaying region/constellation umbers on top right if you click the menu on top left select tab open mapbrowser[solar system] so you can browse wormhole regions and systems

Think dotlan can show which WH are in the constellation. As for reaching specific WH, get rolling and bring plenty to drink, it may take a while. |

Dotlan, siggy, wspace alpha (and possibly tripwire don't know off hand) and wh.pasta.gg can show region and constellation info for wspace. One theory is that activating the sites in other wormholes in the same region as your own increases the likelihood of them respawning in your home system. But it's a theory and hardly conclusive. And that is info that CCP will likely never divulge.
