Hoshi DAB RAZOR Alliance	Posted - 2006.09.15 18:27:00 - [8] The system in question has been a hotspot with 50-100 people in local daily for weeks. It "should" been enough for even CCPs load balancing to give it priority. There where no other fleet battle anywhere near close to that system (20-30 jumps). Doesn't say much I know but from past experience it seems that systems close to each other often end up on the same node.

That cap has since been removed and the only cap now is 95% load. Otherwise there could never be more than 600 people in jita local, and I've seen at least 650 in there.
