Are these in the game? I noticed they're the same stats as a Domi one. If they are, how many LP would you think it takes to get one? I'm already up at about 40k LP with one agent and one of these would be sweeeeet on my rapier.

They are ingame, I think you get them from doing cosmos missions but I am not sure. But I doubt you get it as a LP offer from a regular agent.
Could also be dropped loot, I found a republic fleet XL shield booster from a tempest in the mission "gone berserk" not long ago.

Huh? You can get faction loot from missions?? Who are you running missions for? I am running them for Minmatar so I doubt I'll have the chance to kill any tempests...

Angel Cartel. Faction spawns in there can drop faction lewt.

Sometimes you get faction loot in missions, yeah. It's really rare.
In COSMOS missions however, it's pretty common.

If youre just looking for the module the domi warp disruptor is the same.

If youre just looking for the module the domi warp disruptor is the same.
 Reading comprehension FTW... As I stated, I know it's the same as the Domi one. However Domi costs an outrageous 160-200m atm. Republic one is nearly free if I can get it from LP. Doesn't sound like that's the case tho. I might have to go ask on the Missions board...
