The more extreme your setup, the more you gimped yourself in other aspects. A Scorpion could jam you up real nice, but it would struggle with everything else. When a Dominix, Raven or Tempest jam you up, your tank will fail a lot faster. Losing fights because your virtual dice rolled the virtual snake-eye is not an indicator of balance, and it works the other way around too. Losing targets because the Divine will of stackless python decided it so is bleh.. The ships you mention are band-aid fixes meant to aleviate the WCS situation. Preventing escape is not a specialist's fantasy, its the most fundamental thing in PVP. Purchasing Complex Fullerene Shards, contact me ingame.
