Hi!
I am a bit interessted to know what a ceo/officer need to deal with every day. What assigments is there?
I am interessted in all info that concern both small corps to the biggest corp in EVE.
Reason fore asking this is to get a better view on what my CEO and officers are doing to keep the corp running. My goal is to be part of a strong group of leaders in the future and i would like to have something to read about and fantasize about.
Many thanks /Anna CO

its gives you an idea on how much work these it.\
But it varies from corp to corp, depending on how your corp is run. My corp is less than 30 people, but I probably got enough things to do to think of it as a RL job. -----------

Our corp is fairly small atm (23 members) so there isn't a whole lot to do. Mainly getting gear from the corp hanger, helping out newer players learn the ropes. I also sort loot that comes in (from corp runs), which is always a very exciting job. :p Checking where stuff went if it walked off, you get the picture.
I'm sure there a mirriad of other things that seem complealy unimportiant that I do everyday, but I cannot thing of them.

I run a corp of 90 and end the day with a headache just about every other day.
Running a corp fulltime is hard work. It maintains constant attention to your members, careful giving out of access and roles, and an ability to hire people that won't get your corporation in trouble.

I do practically nothing. Apart from pay bills, cook up universe domination schemes and tell members off.

Being the CEO of a small corp (alittle over 20 members) and all freelancers and used to be on their own.. my work is basically .. well whatever I feel like.
I do have 3 directors under me and it took some time but as I have said to them I gave them director role because I trust them... they are free to do what they think is best for the corp.
I also created a set of titles to make it easy to give access within the corp, so trial members have view access to corp assets, members can take from 2 hangars and their container in members lockers. and senior members get more trust .. and so on.
That way I can give access with just one tag, when I edit them... no need to view what each roles give access to because that was already done when I created the titles.
I do however try and find ways to make isk for members and corp, maybe suggest stuff like "games" and if someone need guides like newbies in the game and corp need some advices we help out and since I am online almost every day I end up helping these guys as well.
Also because of my skills I am the best builder in the corp, other director help buy minerals and I produce for the corp and members.
