Hi,
Our DB specialists CCP DeNormalized and CCP Creber Cattus worked on a small side project to make it possible for you to copy skills from TQ to Singularity. This is mostly for those, who are not using Singularity as often but want to use their current skills.
I have hooked this up to a modified version of the moveme bot for now, so that you can test it out. We are not really sure yet if we include this permanently into the moveme bot or if we find a different solution.
For using this prototype please join the channel "CopySkills" on Singularity.
Details: This copies skills from a nightly snapshot of Tranquility to Singularity. Only fully trained skill levels are copied, and only if the skill was completed and the character logged in before the snapshot was taken. The script should NOT be reducing skill levels, which were trained on Singularity - but we are not promising that this works in all cases. Your mass test SP should also be safe.
The script is only working, when CCP Habakuk3 is in the channel "CopySkills" and it will disabled in the night from ~1:00 to ~3:00.
Usage: Write following into the channel: CopySkillsFromTQ
Disclaimer: This is only a prototype and we might remove it again at any time if it causes any problems. Please do not spam the command for the case that it causes errors or high server load (it shouldn't, but who knows).
Please give feedback in this forum thread, both if it works not as intended or if you have any suggestions.

Free skill points, which you spent on skills, will stay spent.

anything you have on SISI will not change, you will only be granted skills you have on TQ that are not currently on SISI (or so the plan goes)

This doesn't stress TQ at all... in fact it doesn't even connect to TQ! This hits a copy of the TQ DB that we use for reporting purposes (refreshed every day)

Any advice? Are there particular times when Habakuk3 is more likely to be in channel?
It is up again now. During the weekend it will probably be down for most of the time, as I am not at home.
On Monday we will probably bring this feature into the next stage, so that it works without me being logged in. I'll post more information then.

Hmmm, did you login on TQ after the skill training completed? On the day after the login it should work. Skill training is only fully completed when a character logs in.

Hi again,
We managed to implement this feature now in the same way as /moveme.
New usage: Write following into any chat channel on Singularity: /copyskills
The command reports back how many skills it copied (there is currently a known issue with this as it might report too many skills). We are still using the same nightly snap-shot from TQ for this, so it copies only those skills which were marked as completed on TQ on the previous day (and you need to login on TQ to make sure that the skill is marked as completed).
