Said cheese with whiners need to realize that you are using only a small part of your pool of SP when doing something, nothing can stop a newbro from training the same specialization skills and become just as good as a vet, the only good things veteran have over newbros is that they have a lot of flexibility when switching ships and tasks, and obviously, real experience in the game.
