1) What is your monthly play time in hours per day averaged.
Around 3 hours a day, though this is sometimes the figure per week. 
2) Do you PVP regularly?
Nope. Because despite my char age, I'm basically crap and lack confidence and ability. Dying all the time gets boring. Want to work on it though.
3) Do you mission run regularly?
Yep.
4) Do you mine regularly?
Not really as at the moment, don't feel I have the time to get a suitable system, setup, mine then haul.
5) Are you an industrialist?
Only as far as my own needs go.
6) Why empire and not low sec?
I prefer low sec, still empire controlled but usually < 0.4.
7) Why empire and not 0.0?
7a) please give as many reasons as you have.
1) Don't feel that I can offer the time that alliances seem to require to be a resident in the area, and not have to run around like a scared mouse.
2) If I was to go alone into 0.0, I don't think I'd have the gametime 'play the game' of hide and seek if/when someone decided I shouldn't be there.
3) Corp is happy in low sec empire at the moment, and I'm a loyal sort.
4) I find the politics sometimes a little tiresome.
5) I'm a creature of convenience, so having stuff around within 10 jumps is nice - again suits my time-limited play profile.
You'll note that a lot of this revolves around lack of time, and some stereotypical thinking of 0.0 life that I'm no longer sure applies. I've been around EVE since late 2003 and this is still something I haven't done. Constructive advice of course is always welcome!

Nope.
9) Do you belong to a player corp?
Yes.
9a) How many people active in your corp?
Varies - wouldn't like to put a figure on that one.
10) Do you plan to enter 0.0 or live in 0.0 anytime in the future?
Sure. See my notes under 7) above.
11) Do you make trips into 0.0 for any reason? More than once a month?
Very occasionally. Always in a group and never to stay, due to my basically cowardly nature. Never more often that once a month.
