Very true my dear wencher, Miss Cleo is a disobedient slave undergoing treatment ordered by the Inquisition at the Holy Vats of Purification. A distinguished Amarr which chose to remain annonymous, but nevertheless with close ties to the Inqusition noted that she had conveyed her messages to us via small inefficient communications console hidden under her filthy rags.
