And I disgress about backup arrays being the best defense against defense against ECM. For starters it's the wrong module as the medslot variant is much more effective and secondly it's much more effective to be outside the effective range of ECM put on a standard BS as you can have full firepower and near enough completely negate the effect of ECM compared to just lowering the chance of being jammed with backup arrays. And I also have to point out you fail in your arrogance as a BoB wannabe. Not near enough arrogance and your forum fu is weak as evidenced by resorting to the use of the word moron. Haven't seen the video in question. Are they being jammed by ships that aren't specifically geared towards jamming (Scorpion, Blackbird, Rook)? Yes it is just BNC against us from BOB a 250 member corp vs a 110 man corp but please dont forgot you also have a refreshed xelas who have spent the last month rebuilding their alliance into one of decent size and organisation. There's no ban on fitting ECM in BoB. It is however frowned upon much like fitting stabs are when it comes to non-ECM specific ships. Sadly the only way to counter ECM is your own ECM, go outside the range of ECM or outnumber your ECM-fitted enemy stupidly. Given that, ECM on BS other than the Scorpion is in some situations the only way to go. I know many pilots in RKK at least will be very happy the day CCP fixes the currently broken ECM. It's far too strong in its current state. It might be that there's a shift in how BoB as an entity views this in progress. It's a bitter taste in your mouth when you lose only because the enemy fitted ECM on every BS they had and half your gang ends up being totally and utterly useless as they can't do anything.
