Hello i was wandering what everyones favourite ships is they use for pvping.I tend to fly gallante more for pvping although i do use a scorp and a i use my raven for Npcing.
Tackling = incursus (although ill soon be in a inty)
Sniping = megathron
Small gang = dominix
EW = scorp sometimes a blackbird.
This is the ships ive been using although ill soon be in a harpy, crow and buzzard.

Tempest. Just can't beat seeing all that red appear on someone at once when you get a decent volley in and hearing your corpmates say 'omg' every single time :)

Thrasher (full t1 fitted) : Cause I like imagining the enemies face when they see that they were killed by a t1 destro with t1 stock guns
Eagle : Nothing I cannot hit, nowhere you are safe

In no real particular order:
Taranis, for tackling awesomeness
Thorax, it's ganktastic!
Ishkur, what's not to love? other than it being slow as hell
Arbitrator, EW/nos drone spammers get me all hot and bothered
One of the 4 usually takes care of everything I need, of course I take the Megathron out for fleet (and often make it explode)

Crusader for it's good looks and raw speed. Good all round inty when you get the hang of it.
Retribution becuase it's such a good ship and so often underestimated.
Pilgrim becuase it's just plain fun.

Small gang = scorp or dominix
Fleet = megathron for sniping or scorp if ew is needed
Solo = either dominix or brutix
Although i have just bought myself a harpy and hawk which i will be trying out soon.

Cruiser = Thorax hands down
BS = Blasterthron or Torp Raven... The B-Thron because it's just so damn sexy in every way. The Torp Raven because nothing in the game is prettier than a constant stream of slow-moving hard-hitting torpedoes.

For Minny solo work:
1. A/C plated Rupture (cheap, decent armour tank, good dmg)
2. A/C Cyclone (just a really good all rounder and people are constantly surprised by its shield boosting)
3. A/C Jag (great bonuses and nice passive tank)
3....or the ultimate: A/C Vaga. Mind you, if you lose one you'll be sobbing...
For gangs, Wolf or Arty Tempest.
I just don't rate the Muninn for anything much. It's a rich kid's Rupture and doesn't have the grid to be the t2 arty platform it should be.

Make me think that the EVE community are a bunch of compleatly fair players not even considering taking advantage of any overpowered moduels, ships, tactics in this game...... NOT....Perhaps simply the raven are far from overpowered, nor missiles, nor shiel tanking... perhaps the raven is actualy out beaten in every situations ... oh exept spamming missiles at 200km hoping the enemy is sleeping on his keyboard...

I've never seen an even slightly convincing argument that the Raven is overpowered.
You people give the masses far too much credit. Just ignore them like I do, and figure out who the people worth listening to on the forum are.

I like the Wolf/Jag/Enyo or Nanophoon in groups, the Crow/Claw for tackling, the Vagabond for solo, and Sniperthron for sniping.

The lack of Raven mentions comes from asking what people personally would like to fly - which usually means solo ships, stuff with speedmods or tacklers. If I had to choose a wingmate however, a Jav Raven would be numero uno, with a Nullthron or AC Pest quite far behind.

Crow : Because you can pretty much get out of any situation. (screw anyone who disagrees with me, unless you're fighting two different Intys then even if your scrambled and jammed you can still fly faster than any other ship with MWD)
