The amarr one isn't that much of an issue but an LML T3 dessie or, god forbid, a drone one would just poop all over other ships like crazy. They'd either have to be prenerfed into the ground or they'll be bullshit OP, there really is no middle ground and I'm half inclined to think we'd be better off if they wouldn't be introduced at all.
