I fear anything that I know can stay at 20km, and still hit me. Knowing they've got me scambled plus I can never get in range.

Cerberus, it's the one ship that you're always going to lose tackle to unless you're ridiculously careful. You really need a heavy tackler because they down catch in 1 or 2 volleys.
Muninn is nasty for similar reasons.

Zealot, Retribution, Crow (because you can never get away and with the right skills they can still pack a punch), Cerberus, Raven, Dominix (damned Heavy Drones)
I most fear a Crow because you never know if its just a scout in a gang of 5 Ravens and Tie Domis (I'm hoping it will catch on because of Tie Domi the hockey player being the fighting force of the Toronto Maple Leave: Dominix) just waiting to warp in and empty hot brass into you.
It really depends what you're in and what you're tanking because a Farox with right mods can take down a Dominix easily.
(Stack up on Dominix's because the price is going up, it's a good investment)

Lies, Tie Domi is out on the ice for his goal scoring abilities.
On-topic I fear anything bigger than a cruiser, because I usually fly a carcal, although thinking about switching to a Blackbird now.

If you can't get away from a Retribution, you either your Maximum Speed button or the warp one. 
Solo, a Retri is next to useless. It only begins to shine with a tackler.

Wow, overwhelming response about the Dominix.
Have to go do my homework and learn about it - I know very little about Gallente ships save for the famed Blasterthron (no one uses rails on mega?)
Maybe time to start a thread to find out ways to effectively deal with the scenario where a Domi shows up to ruin your pvp day.

Fly a heavily plated ECCM'd Typhoon with ECM drones.

Anything with Jammers, because I dont use them.
Dominixes (and to a lesser extent ishtars), because nos+drones+ew+tank = broken.
Minmatar recons when Im in a Vagabond.....
and Vagabonds when I'm not in a Minmatar recon or a Vaga.

Basically, dominixes. Most unfun ship to fight because you'll almost never win solo.

When I fly my Arazu, I'm mostly only afraid that
1) they target me first and jam me
2) well, that if I target them first and damp them, they will still be able to lock me (they have 3 sensor boosters).
Really the ship to fear the the scorp. But I'm wary of some of the recon ships too since they all jam and can target just as fast as me...
This comes down to what I always complain about... jamming is too damn strong, it overpowers ships with lots of mid slots.

This has happend to me and somtimes i still cry myself to sleep :::ahem::: Anyway anything recon is pretty scary because they do weird things to your speed, cap,and targeting etc.

2) Pilgrim - If one decloaks on you, better hope your alligned already

Curse with a 30 km scrambler is unbeatable, even a domi cant kill it and wont be able to nos it
fit 1 ECCM on it ,a scorp/faclon can jam u 1 out 5 cycles thats if the curse doesnt jam or dampen first lol but its paper thin lol
unless u got stabs :)
