I've seen some great pvp threads about what ships people prefer for pvp in general, and in specific roles.
I'd like to turn the tables just a bit though.
What's your achilles hill in PvP. If you're in the middle of a fight, what's the ship you *least* want to see warp in and join the fray on the enemy's side?
And if you're so inclined, please provide a reasoning behind your answer.

Anything bigger than a frig for me.

any ship + blackbird when alone... 
or ship w/strong ew bonus (not necessarily ecm) solo (i.e. recon ships) if not in one also. 
vagabond **** Weirda off, since if you are in ship they can't kill and alone, likely there is no way you will kill them and it is just waste of ammo/time. *this statement has a hint

To top it off his EW to stop any chance of you fighting back (not that you can break his tank with all his NOS sucking you dry)

Ewar nos/drone boats. Specifically Instar, Domi and Curse/Pilgrim. They simply can't be beat 1v1 in 99.9% of situations. (The exception being when their jam fails repeatedly, which is VERY rare)

Vagabond. I hate those things. Like to fly 'em, but it sucks when they target you. I also really hate sniper battleships with enough targeting mods to snap a frigate in a single volley like nothing. My poor frigates! Enyo and Wolf suck when flying inties, too. You might as well just blow yourself up if they lock you down.

Reasons should be obvious.
Nosdomi, they are just nasty in 1v1 i usually just warp out asap.
Pilgrim can really mess up your day if it decloaks and you get scrambled just a few seconds later.

Er...anything quite frankly makes me pee myself in PvP...
But the worst? Probably a sniper ship. Hard to close the distance fast enough without getting popped.
Domis don't scare me...they look so cuddly and cute.

In a cruiser or even a bc i wont engage a vexor or arbitrator unless i can match their nos cause they can be very mean with 4 nos and t2 med drones.

It depends exactly what you're flying to some extent - different ships have different weaknesses. If I'm flying a shield tanked ship I'm especially wary of anything that might be packing EM damage.
But Interceptors mostly... because there's a good chance you're not going to get away if you aren't fitted out to deal with them and even if he can't kill you himself there's nothing worse than sitting there like a lamed duck, waiting for his friends to show up to finish the job.

By the looks of PvP atm, you cant go far wrong by tanking the hell out of kin and therm because of peoples obsession with blasterT's, domi's u dont really want warping in on u engaging, or a scorp (any other ew boat) for that matter
The amount of people solo'ing and fleeting in Mega's now is getting a little bit mad! The heat has gone from the raven straight to the Mega since the blaster patch

Cerberus, it's the one ship that you're always going to lose tackle to unless you're ridiculously careful. You really need a heavy tackler because they down catch in 1 or 2 volleys.
Muninn is nasty for similar reasons.

Zealot, Retribution, Crow (because you can never get away and with the right skills they can still pack a punch), Cerberus, Raven, Dominix (damned Heavy Drones)
I most fear a Crow because you never know if its just a scout in a gang of 5 Ravens and Tie Domis (I'm hoping it will catch on because of Tie Domi the hockey player being the fighting force of the Toronto Maple Leave: Dominix) just waiting to warp in and empty hot brass into you.
It really depends what you're in and what you're tanking because a Farox with right mods can take down a Dominix easily.
(Stack up on Dominix's because the price is going up, it's a good investment)

If you can't get away from a Retribution, you either your Maximum Speed button or the warp one. 
Solo, a Retri is next to useless. It only begins to shine with a tackler.

Wow, overwhelming response about the Dominix.
Have to go do my homework and learn about it - I know very little about Gallente ships save for the famed Blasterthron (no one uses rails on mega?)
Maybe time to start a thread to find out ways to effectively deal with the scenario where a Domi shows up to ruin your pvp day.

When I fly my Arazu, I'm mostly only afraid that
1) they target me first and jam me
2) well, that if I target them first and damp them, they will still be able to lock me (they have 3 sensor boosters).
Really the ship to fear the the scorp. But I'm wary of some of the recon ships too since they all jam and can target just as fast as me...
This comes down to what I always complain about... jamming is too damn strong, it overpowers ships with lots of mid slots.

Curse with a 30 km scrambler is unbeatable, even a domi cant kill it and wont be able to nos it
fit 1 ECCM on it ,a scorp/faclon can jam u 1 out 5 cycles thats if the curse doesnt jam or dampen first lol but its paper thin lol

Depends on what ship I'm flying.
If I'm in a Dominix: Lachesis, Rook, Curse (depends on fittings and pilot skills). I killed a well-fitted Rook at a gate once (while tanking gate guns of course) but only because I got my jammers off first and by the time he was unjammed he had 0 cap.
If I'm in a Lachesis: umm... Curse, if he gets lock first. Rook, if he gets lock first. Cerberus if he's got FoFs.
If I'm in an Ishtar: Curse (if he gets his lock first or my jammers don't work), Pilgrim, any battleship with nos/neuts.

well if im in stiletto and any other IC comes nearby.. i would "fear".
but the point is why ppl fear IC comes quite obvious when ur in belt in nice shining battleship npcing boom theres one annoying stiletto and he has 2 points of u and orbiting 17 km. 10 seconds after that theres 20 IC¦s orbiting u shooting ur drones.... after ur out of drones they shoot u.
and we all know what happens if theres 20 IC¦s vs BS in npc fit.

Considering the ships I usually fly, it'd have to go like this:
HACs > Cyclone
Bships > Cyclone
Recons > Cyclone
Command ships > Cyclone
Crow > Cyclone (other intys go squish nicely, but not that one)
Aside what's to the left of the greater-than signs above, I'll charge into battle with any other ship ;)

im quite supprised to see the ammount of replies stating the Rapier, not alot of people like to face them, but its still a ship that alot of people say is sub-par wonder why...
my own personal bogey ship has got to be the crow, never killed one in a 1v1, reguardless of the ship i have been in

First, let me say I fly exclusively Frigate and Cruiser size ships (tech 1 and 2 variants) and so my views are bound to be rather skewed by this.
My 3rd worst pvp fear.

Just goddam good, from what I've seen from fighting them. Never aspired to own or fly one though, so I've never tried to fit them, and they could be difficult or take a lot of skills, and id never know.

Recon Ships (Caldari are the most scary) + Gang.
Simple reason... theres nothing worse then being able to do nothing at all. The gang I was against was a Caldari recon ship, a Falcon, I think, and two interceptors. And let me tell you, it was the most boring fight ever to commence anywhere. It took the three of them to break through my Thorax's tank, and even then it was a close run thing. Frankly, we could have been there forever, as I would never have been able to shoot. My gang mate managed to escape, mainly because the gang leader in the recon had to call both of the ceptors back from him so that they would be able to deal some decent damage. But I'm rambling.
The thing I'm most scared of in PVP is...
The humble Large Nosferatu.
It has the power to, in one fatal swoop, reduce any AF into a quivering wreck, and has a vast affect against cruisers too, killing tanks and weapons alike.

Honestly the curse and the pilgrim are probably the best small gang ships the amarr have. Lots of mid slots, don't need turrets, very flexible ships. This must how caldari pilots feel like all the time. I can tracking disrupt/sensor damp/ecm you and don't even have to worry about my weapons missing. This is what having an I/Win button must be like. It's nice.

Some of us caldari pilots, (the ones that dont fly around in scorps), hate ECM as much as you! I`d really be alot less afraid to engage gangs of cruisers / BC or other BS solo if it wasnt for ECM, I think it gimps pvp alot!
I dont like jamming ships to warp in on me, other then that, megathrons and dominixes!

ECM is only overpowered when you're not using it. I find it a great equalizer when I'm fighting someone with a better fit and more SP than I have.
If for anything else, throwing sand in their eyes and running =P
