Harassments
Harassment is the blatant abuse heaped upon one player by another above and beyond valid game play interaction. This offense often includes the use of derogatory, hateful, slanderous or sexual comments as well as insults that pertain to religion, gender, nationality or ethnicity. CCP has a zero tolerance for such behavior, as stated in our
Terms of Service and violators may be immediately banned.
Players should note that EVE emphasizes player interaction, including non-consensual combat between players. Being attacked by another player, within the parameters of normal gameplay, is not harassment.
Policy regarding harassment
Simply put, you may not harass other players. This includes, but is not limited to, hateful, racist, sexually explicit, threatening, or harmful comments either through the in-game chat channels, in-game mail or on our message boards. Partial masking and alternative typing of such comments will be punishable by the same standards as the comments themselves.
Penalties for harassment
Players, who have been found guilty of harassing another may be formally warned, temporarily suspended or, in the case of severe or recurring complaints, face permanent expulsion from the game.
Player conduct guide
If you can get them to threaten you, report them for harassment and get them banned through another rule.

I've just started the whole anti-macro thing tonight as they started to strip some local belts. Have petitioned it so I suppose it cool to take the ore.
Anyhoo's, what I would like to see is an anti macro channel ingame so we, the real playerbase can stop the bastards from screwing up the game.

Try the channel macrointel. I have not checked it since I came back from a couple months off, but last time I was playing that was a good place to coordinate anti-macro activitys.

Related question: How do you suicide barges in destroyers?
I don't think even with 8 guns you can one volley them before Concord owns you, right?

you use Kestrel's and decent missle skills . it takes 5 to 6 kessie's . and like I said in another post , you can make money if you get 2 mining strippers and can make ALOT of money if t2 strippers drop.

Am I to understand this is still going on? If so, any updated locations relatively close to Heimatar/Metropolis? :D
Not being fully used to the game yet, can I just drive up to the cans of those I think are bumhole-macroers, and steal ore once they have been petitioned?
Sounds like my Mammoth and I could*****git sum.

Wow. There's got to be at least TWENTY Mackinaws on that single ice field! And no one is doing anything!
assfhshdj and sgbsa are popular names indeed, even a lot of battleships have dumb tags like that. I quote from someone who I actually managed to converse with (the rest of them all rejected offers to conversate) - "sorry i do not the speech you say".
Someone come here and kasplode these fools! I haven't even counted how many are -outside- the ice field, in other fields.

I have some logs from when i suicided some of their mackinaws, mostly chinese with a few choice words in english. Probably should have petitioned!
If anyone has the sec status to suicide on these guys with a smartbattleship I'll pay your insurance /smartbombs / plate costs

I have a +5 sec to waste.
Can only fly raven tho - will 5 plates / 6 cap rechargers and 8 smartbombs get me anywhere? Convo me in-game pls

No, but you can two-volley and sometimes three-volley a retriever by the time Concordokken shows up. :)
