Would not advise anyone to use them for cap construction. Put down a 5 bill deposit on a Wyvern I wanted to have built, expected delivery date was something like April 15th or later. A week after April 15th I still hadn't heard anything but reading through their forums I saw that war was slowing or even stopping cap construction. That's fine, I get that, but it's been over a month now since my order was supposed to be completed and I haven't heard ANYTHING from them. I've sent them several mails. GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY CAPS.

I'll gladly remove this if someone from the construction corp will refund that deposit. I did everything asked of me, I had the full 13 bill ready to pay upon delivery, and nothing. Avoid like the plague.
