Never really got far. But I am starting over seeing the new changes...So i am still a Noob in this area. I have been talking to people and mining..alot and people really seem to hate pirates.
Sadly...I hate Eve combat. It feels to auto to me. So I found fun in trade skills. Most of the time I am a hardcore pvper like in wow..UO and other games... I love you guys and gals. You make mining excited and while the lost of time stinks. It is just a game. PVP will always be in my heart...Since I am going the carebear route. I look forward to seeing some of you hunt me down...or hire someone to hunt you down. Either way. This is the things that make it fun for me. Mining...you as a threat...and hiring hunters. This is what makes Eve fun. One side is not better then the other. We both depend on each other to make it a fun game. So why all the hate?

There isn't hate. People who get it get it, people who don't don't. There are players who choose to play the game a certain way and still others who play it differently. Often times these different playing styles are in direct conflict with each other. If a player isn't a moron, it doesn't mean that you don't respect other playing types or dislike players specifically because of the role they choose to play in this game. I like all players of Eve - I just choose to engage some in combat.

I'm not so sure. People really seem to hate in this game. The pirates to me makes the game alot more fun. Yet people whine about Morality and Other crap in a game. I just think people are way to...whats the word I am looking for...Crazy?

Um, WoW is not 'hardcore' PvP. 
So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak.

WoW is carefree, easy and utterly boring PvP.
There's no bloody risk in it to get the adrenaline going

It's true, WoW pvp is lame. But UO pvp was the mother****in **** early on in the game.
