We have been fighting for far too long and have reached a mutually agreeable stalemate, whereby no one side can possibly claim absolute victory. Below are the listed terms and at this juncture the nature of the terms are subject to change or negotiation. -Terms- Goonswarm and their allies will be welcome in Marcabian space. Goonswarm must pay a tax no less than 8% of their combined earnings to Marcabian 5th Invasion Fleet. The mechanic or method by which this is accomplished is not important to the accord except that it must be exact and reliable. The Accord will last indefinitely unless any of the terms are violated by either party. --- These terms ARE negotiable, goonswarm can pay one large sum at once or pay it in tax agreements. However with taxes interest will not in this case be applied.

No extra blues.. Just less strife between two factions. You are not required to allow marcabians in to goonspace unless you want to use that as a bargaining chip to reduce to tax or payout.

Goonswarm can more then afford to shed a few percentage points of it's weekly wealth. Peace between us comes at a cost but fortunately for you that cost is not so steep that you can not afford it.
