Dividends (or interest) was paid out yesterday to 3% for the second half of January, which brings the full January dividends to 5.5% or 91 % per year compound.
We expect the return for February to be 6% due largely to some changes in the BPOs that we have invested in.

I do not see any payment from yourself or for that amount reflected. Please confirm that you did in fact send to 'EFS Manager" and not one of the numerous alt names that people have created which are similar to try and get Isk from people making a mistaken transfer.
If you have sent Isk to one of these other names, then petition it and you may get it sorted out. The GMs have been very helpful with things like this in the past.

As an added security feature extra bonds are often left with the trustees to hold onto until they are needed, and I normally only keep about 15 Bill Isk in bonds at any time. A rather large order flattened that and I am waiting for EMFi Manager to log on so I can get more bonds from him.
There are about 49 Bill Isk in bonds left, so they will easily cover the transfers here. I will also make sure they are transferred BEFORE the dividend payment which will likely happen this weekend.
So, the last days transfers have not been sorted out but will be asap.
Feel free to continue purchasing bonds in the mean time.

As promised all transfers are now up to date and were made BEFORE the dividends were paid out.
The mid month dividend was paid out at 3%, which puts us on track to achieve 6% in the short month of Feb. With things as they currently are I expect the dividend to increase off the 6% point next month.

There are currently only about 300 Mill Isk of bonds left in total so I will not be able to supply more than about this amount.
I am waiting for some bonds to be returned from the stock exchange before I can confirm the exact number, but any Isk more than this will be refunded.

1) I'm not sure what you are asking for in a progress report. Yes, we do tell investors what their returns are and we have always opened up major discisions to investors before making them (which has very often changed a decision).

In general there are a few websites tracking and reporting on them, but to make life easier I have added the information to the first post of this thread. The percentages are all relative to the IPO price of 10,000 Isk per bond and show effective simple return per month.

Le Kin, I have returned the Isk to you.
I did not pick it up as from the char selection page I don't notice anything less than 1 mill Isk, and only log in if that is the case.
If you want to buy less than 10 Mill Isk worth you need to do so from one of the stock exchanges (ResX or EGSE). They can be found in the game channels 'egsex' and 'resx'.

The admin overhead is too high for me to be dealing with very small orders. That is why both stock exchanges have bonds for sale that I put up there. Once off is not an issue but I am not about to do something for one person and then turn another down. This is covered in the business plan and is there for that exact reason.
I hope you understand, and I assure you both of those channels exist as I am normally in one or both of them.

The number does to really matter as the return is based on the invested amount. However 200 Mill Isk would buy you 20,000 FIN bonds.

Hi Isonkon,
FIN bonds are secured bonds (note that is a financial term) which essentially means that a third independent party or parties are holding assets that equal the full value (or a % of the value) in trust. If the party that has issued the bonds does not keep to their side of the bargain, the third party(ies) sell the assets to recover the value to pay out the bond holders.

Almost, but not quite. Other third parties actually hold assets enough to cover the full investment already rather than them promsising to cover me.
But there are no secure investments in EVE, but right now a secured investment is the closest thing that we can do until CCP help us out with some tools. *hint hint devs*

My apologies for the period of silence from myself. With the internet connection that I have for the next few months I have trouble posting on the Eve-O forums. I can play fairly well and deal with bond transfers, but posting is the issue.

Yes this is. I am not issuing any more bonds but am reselling bonds on behalf of shareholders at the moment. I have access to a few billion Isk worth of bonds at the moment to sell which should cover most peoples needs.

There are always a risk a scam, there always going to be risk of diminishing returns. How can you guarantee something.
Looking at this I see see false statements like this.
Let me suggest taking this to the market discussion forum, as this is not the place to discuss things like that.
However I should put out that I said "secured" NOT "secure". Secured is a financial term that you can find by looking at any number of economic or financial dictionaries.
