Went for a trip to the great wildlands yesterday, and was jumped by a biomass tempest, so 1v1 we slugged it out megathron versus tempest, I must say best fight ive ever had. Finally a pirate that has a stand up fight and dont run.
We both left very battered and flames shooting into space, the tempest warped out before both of us went down.
There is hope for pvp yet, If this pilot remembers me then I hope he enjoyed the fight as much

Well it seems that this Biomass pilot is in the minority. Most of them seem to be content to lag jump in points for kicks. Actually I am quite envious of you , its getting hard to find a fair honourable fight in eve recently.

I dont have any logs, dont need em really.
If all pirates fought like this then I would enjoy eve much more.
Im not well known in eve but I like my pvp :)

No comment on biomass in particular, however "most" pirates given a fair fight will fight you even if they are camping a gate or what not. I am obviously around them all the time and rarely have seen them run from a fair fight. however, i'm sure there is exceptions to the rule.

If you give us a fair fight we will stand and fight but do not try to hunt us with 10+ battleships and expect us to stay.

You are getting what you deserve. You are being hunted like scum. When is the last time some pirate gave a fair fight to non-pirate? You are like hienas, attacking weaker and smaller, and running when confronted.

 That sounded like some fun, but lately pirates have been takeing advantage of the loading process of the client during the changeing of solar systems, at the spawn point. I still lack to see a fair fight. Or one that you can even witness the action. 
Wish I coulda seen that battle, cyber.

I'm not saying that I'm not camping I'm no better then Tank in this maner we do not how ever use anything to further Increse you lag such as drones/mines/cans or whatever may cause lag. I'm not her to defend any of our actions we are ***holes and proud of it. We out number our foes and kill them. Some people B**** and moan when we do some dont. When being hunted and out numbered we will run we dont want to loose our ships or be poded any more than you do. We will however stay if it's a fair fight and the only time this has happend was when Tholarim and some of the other dreamcatchers came to kill us we stayed we fougth we lost 1 cruiser so did they when a BS warped in we decided that the 2 remaining cruisers and the BS was to much for us since we only had a cruiser and a frigate left. We warped away, if we logged or made for another system I don't remember. My hat of to tholarim who was at all times polite and a nice guy to talk to. We also out nummberd and killed someone in a apoca not so long ago we were 4 cruisers and 1 frigate, a fair fight? No not veary much so no. Did he make a fus about it? no he didn't he took it like a man he was smart had insurance. He allso was a nice guy talking to and I hope we meet again. (there's no need to say who he is you know who you are thats enough we are not here to brag who we killed and not) |

well hardin i must say vatos locos are some of the pirates i respect, no smacktalk in local at all.. and if you go after them in about the same number of ships and shiptypes.. they stay and fight. My corp engaged them camping in sarum with 3 BB's, and they stayed and fought us.. only running when one of them was destroyed and the other severly damaged, so i look forward to our next encounter!

actually packs of hyenas quite often fight packs of lions to steal there food... and more than often win... so saying they are hyenas isnt really a bad thing...

PIE has the respect of more than enough people. We make no profit for what we do and we enjoy doing it. We, along with other members of the CVA alliance do our best to keep empire space safe from the likes of pirates and thieves.
All the pirates complain that we show up with loads of battleships and don't give them a fair chance for a fight so they are forced to run. And we don't really blame them for they have plenty to fear. We will do whatever is necessary to keep systems safe for as many hours out of the EVE day as possible, if that means camping a fleet in Sarum Prime or any other system then so be it. We will.
Most all of our members are very dedicated and self sufficient and will offer assistance to anyone with legitimate bussiness in Amarr space.I have the utmost respect for all the CVA pilots I have flown with. And just for the record, the members of PIE don't think we're better than everyone else...We are Amarr, and we the Amarrian people are better than everyone else. With the exception of a few traitorous fools ofcourse.
So don't whine if we cut into your profits and make things difficult for you. Softcore Pirate.

Well we dont always kill the people cumming in the gates.
We let alot of people go if we feel they got nothing to offer.
There is no need to kill every newbie jumping in even though it do happen sometimes.
Killing newbies is bad for the game since they might loose intresst in the game and just leave it :) We rather have them get some BS first and then take em out :)
And as far as pie goes you never offer a fair fight so dont come and call us cowards because we run with our small BB when you jump in 6 BS and shooting wild.
THats all I have to say about that.

Well, you diden't want to fight us. But we don't blame you, we woulden't want to go 7 vs 1 neither.
The only thing cool in that syndicate system was that 10 miners disappered with in 30 secs from local.
