I just put this fit together without really knowing its purpose. My main goal was to use too kill any explorers who come near my home system. Not sure if this is even the right ship to do it, my game knowledge is still pretty low. Thanks for your feedback.

Then maybe figure that out before you fit your ship.
If you don't know what you want to do with a ship, don't put modules on.
And unless it's a decloaked covert ops frigate, you won't be killing anyone in an interceptor. The purpose of an interceptor is to errm intercept people and keep them where they are.

Crow's application bonus is enough, no more Rigors needed.
I prefer LML fit, so you can fully exploit your point/scram range. But as the guy above said, unless it's CovOps, you won't kill it... But then you could kill CovOps in Ibis, right. Second next most used explo ship - Astero - will eat you. |

Last I checked the Crow did **** dps, like most of the rest of the inty's.

If you have access to T2 frigs, and you want to kill explorers you would be better off with a stealth bomber. I will assume you have caldari trained since you mentioned the crow, so you would want to use the manticore
Put on a probe launcher, cloak and 3 rocket launchers (rockets will do more damage to frigs than your bonused torps will).
Med should be a scram or 2 (if you want to counter potential stabs), and AB, maybe a web. Fit a bit of a biffer tank as possible in med or low slots. Put in some BCSs as well as possible. Put in rings as neccessary for fitting, otherwise try and go for tank or gank rigs.
Scan down your system, warp around cloaked trying to find them with their pants down hacking. Aproach them (be sure not to decloak yourself), and then a bit before you get to them, uncloak and hit your AB to bump them out of potential alignment, scram them, and then kill them.
You shouldn't need a MWD because your scrams will shut down their MWD, but you could use one in case you're worried they will still be faster than you. with your AB (if they happen to be dual propped or have an AB). Alternatively, a web should solve that problem.
