I want to give access to corp hangar to everyone in the corp. So, i go to context menu of the tower, click manage and set 'corporate' option in all three columns opposite 'Corp Hangar Array'. But roles still required for hangar access, why?

hey mate, took me awhile to figure it out...there may be a quicker way to do this but this is how i do it:
Open Corp menu, and select Members tab, then Role Management tab...then use the drop down menu for Type...then select Hanger Access (Headquarters) if its for ur hanger at ur HQ, otherwise select the other hangers.
Then just tick the boxes for each member to give them access to each divison in the hanger...hope this helps hehe

I don't want to click every member :) And I want to give full access to corp hangar only at this pos, not at stations.

Well since the corporate hangar array works just like any station corp-hangar you have, only people with the fitting roles can access each division.
Why dont you just drop everything in the first division in cans then?

Hmm, maybe you are right.. But i can get access to Ship Maintenance Array to everyone by setting 'Corporate' in tower's 'Manage' tab, so corp members don't need any role to get/store ship from/to ship array. I thinked that hangar array works similar to ship array...

You can assign roles to titles.
For example, newbies in my corp are assigned the title Cannon Fodder. This title has query access to only 3 of the corp hangars.
Higher 'ranks' earn you more privilages, and some titles are specific to industry - where they get access to the minerals hangar to refine, security - where they can access members' hangars, as well as equipment hangers containing the good stuff, etc.
Once you assign roles to a title, all you have to do is give everyone you want to have those roles that title. It's a lot easier than ticking 18 boxes per person, just to give them basic equipment access across the board.

That doesnt quite solve his/her problem though.
The title/role thing you do is what is common in giving people different access-rights due to clicking only 1 Box which is the title box.
However what Sophise is asking for is for an option to allow every member in your corp, not depending on their title, to access the whole corporate hangar array at a POS. And as far as I know, this is not possible without giving everyone access to every other hangar-division in every corp-hangar you have.
