Fit the module then right click it and the base damage will be listed, with max skill's it does about 57k damage before resistances, odd think is a minnie AF/HAC can resist the damage from an amarr titan :)

Not sure but capital ship's aren't allowed in deadspace and if you are able to get one in there please bug report it as i believe it was mentioned a while back that they are not supposed to be there
