I'm currently using 8 large named smarties in highs (2 of each flavour), MWD and 3 cap rechargers in meds, co-proc and 6 WCS in lows.
Any improvements I could make?

dual heavy cap boosters rather than cap rechargers, they wont make much difference cos 8 smarties empty your cap real fast. I'd drop 2 wcs and fit 1600's to give you a bit more survivability just in case :p

If the entire point of your ship is to get in close, spam SBs and then run warp core stabs are the perfect module.
