Ive been comparing some Tech I Amarr Ships, and came to the conclusion we miss our damage orientated Frig. While some of us consider the Inquisitor (that joke of a ship with EM-Missile damage bonus which is inferior to the Kestrel in pretty much evry aspect, btw) to be our "dmg" frig, i would like to add the following to the Amarr T1 Frigate lineout:
Converter, lvl3 Amarr Frigate
-46MW Powergrid
-120tf CPU
-3H-Slot (3 Turrets 0 Missiles)
-1M (for MWD or Afterburner)
-4L (for 2 Heatsinks 1rep 1plate)
-275 Shild
-325 Armor
-300 Structure
-270m/s
-325cap 220s
-28km Lockrange
Bonus110% bonus to Small Energy Turret capacitor use
Bonus2 5% bonus to Small Projectil Turret RoF per level
Would be cool. Right?

So what you are in fact suggesting that Amarr get 3 tier3 frigates (all races have 2 at the moment), rather than the missing tier2 with scan probe bonus.
Not only that, you equipped it with one midslot (sure to annoy), an imbalance of fitting (both more CPU and more PG than the punisher), a ROF bonus (look for the other frigate with a ROF bonus... wait, there isn't one. Server load), and to top it off, you made that bonus to projectiles.

Just remove the stupid missile frig, I dont know anyone using it anyway and its an abomination of amarr design.
Amarr got that frig back in the time when cruise missile dive-bombers were "the thing", later on it got an EM missile bonus which is like a slap in the face of Amarr pilots!

Frigates don't get ROF bonuses, too high ROF is bad for the server. There is only 1 frigate in eve atm with a ROF bonus and that's the Buzzard :)
So you are better of asking for a damage bonus.
