Ok so what I am trying to find is a Tool that will scan the market, Break down cost per production item. Meaning If X requires 300 Megacyte 2mil trit 300k nox for example It would break down the cost of each mineral total investment and profit of the item and how the market trend has been and help decide which item to produce at any given period.
Are there any tools out there like yes? I know there are for Ore-Minerals and I know there is a market trend calc but is there one that breaks down cost to profit ratios and scans the market trends? |

That's one monster of a tool. You'd basically have to calculate the production cost of EVERY item, then compare that to the market price and current market trends. There are a LOT of manufacturable items (over 3000). It's within the scope of reality, but it'd be quite time-consuming to build.
I'm considering developing a spreadsheet that will run manufacturing calculations on any item, but I'm not sure if Excel would enjoy doing all of them at one time. Then doing market data analysis and combining all those results.

EveIPH (Eve Isk Per Hour). It has the function of comparing manufacturable items in term of profitability (profit in ISK, profit in ISK per hour) It can calculate with volume of item traded for period of time, so you won't build theoretically proftable item, which no one really ever buys. |

Got a tool that currently does that, except for the trend part... Calculating the manufacturing costs for every blueprint, factor in manufacturing costs for a specific system, using the market prices for materials and calculate the potential profit. Takes quite a while on my home server to do all that (about 30 minutes per run including fetching all the market data from eve-central), but it's definitly doable. |

I figured someone did that. Not surprised on the 30 minute run time.
