So, I¦m just wondering: is miner2 realy worth like few million ISK? Is it realy so good? Does it help while mining some rare asteroids (now using miner1, and get out 13units of Gneiss from 1 asteroid)???  |

Whether it's worth a few million isk really depends how much mining you do! It lets you mine faster so yes, ultimately it will pay for itself. And if people thought them worth buying when they were 5 million or worse, I'd say they're probably worth getting now they're only a couple of million or less (and falling).
As to the "rare ores" bit, I've no idea as I've not seen any 'rare' ores to try! AFAIK for all the ores up to Jaspet, the relative worth of the mining lasers is the same whatever ore you're mining. If a Miner-2 is twice as good for Scordite then it'll still only be twice as good for Jaspet. Lasers are rated in ore volume - divide that by the volume of the ore and that's your mining rate.

The Miner 2's don't really do much better once you get above Hegberdite, as far as I know.

I see it like this. Nobody can escape mining in the beginning. So if you need to do it then make the best of it! Get the skills mining and astrogeology up to level 5 and get the best mining equip. I want to make every minute count when I stare at the roids ragging my rubber dolly once again. Since there dropping to 1.2 milj and below I advice to buy when you feel the price meets your wallet. Remember they will fall further and further with more bp's and bpc's every week.

I'm afraid I must disagree, since it depends on skills. With Mining 4 Astrogeology 4 you max out the number of Bist you can mine per minute at 4 per laser, with anything from EP-S Guassian to Cu Vapor. With Miner IIs you're up to 5. Fitting 6 of them brings in about nearly 2 extra refines of Bistot per hour.
Makes a huge difference whether you are gang or ninja mining if the target ore is Bist or Crokite. TBH I never bothered to buy Miner IIs until I got back into mining Bistot. It's the top mins that make IIs worth it.

It's because all mining equipment lasers as well as drones can only mine an integer number of ore units pr cycle.
This is not that big a problem with the lower end ores, but once u end up with the high end ores.
So even a minerII used by a guy with max skills will only bring in 5,859375 units of the 16 m3 types, which is rounded down to 5 units pr laser pr cycle.
Guess any EPS GaussII's will be a hot commodity if we get to see anything like that

its that much better yes!
using ep-s gaussian i mine 60 units of ore per minute. Using Miner II i mine 90 units of ore per minute. 50% more yield!
easily calculated if i mine million isk per hour with eps i mine a million and a half with the miner II.
