I wouldnt be surprised at all to learn Ascendant Frontier completed a second titan; after all, its only another ~40 billion ISK in materials - on top of 160 billion for just the first one sounds like a bargain to me - not to mention the fact that there were two capital ship assembly arrays at that POS that Steve was born from... Hmmm.. .
There are definitely hundreds of freighters and dreadnoughts by now though, carriers are also in the hundreds.
The only motherships I know of are the two wyverns that BoB won and two Nyxs built by some alliance, dont know which though

Im willing to bet the numbers are alot higher than what anyone here has guessed.
Id say atleast double if not tripple.

Freighters? Hundreds if not thousands. They're not uncommon at all.
Dreads? Carriers? God, who knows? Just the major alliances have hundreds of each. This war we're in right now will probably see fleet engagements primarily between cap ships. ASCN has enough, BoB has enough, this is no secret. LV and D2 both have a bunch, so does RA, so does AAA, so does . . . on and on and on. There are hundreds. Not to mention the empire carebears who use them for missions, which amuses me.
Motherships? Who knows. ASCN has at least one (the titan decoy) probably a good number more than that, BoB has two that I know of for sure, and in all honesty probably more. The Establishment has one at least. Who knows how many NAGA built before BoB shut their shipyards down, and who they sold them to? ASCN building a mothership at the titan shipyards to throw everyone off was unremarked enough that I would guess the major alliances all have a few to throw around. Maybe up to a dozen per alliance, depending on size?
Now, the real question is the titans . . . well, there's at least one. ASCN could well have two. Or three. It isn't exactly unlikely either that BoB might have a titan or two as well. TBH, really, no one can say for sure except for CYVOK and Molle. I'd say we can probably pretty well rule out anyone else having their **** together enough to have built one.

I wouldnt like to be in anything smaller than a heavily tanked BS in the ASCN <> BoB war during big engagements.
The potential to wipe out all support in one big *BOOM!*...scary.
