Proposing the legal protection of Cicadian Seekers in Matar space.
Unlike the Amarr, the seekers should have at least a minimum of rights while in Matar space. I do understand it is unlikely that full protections would be extended and enforced by Concord, however I would at least like to defend them without Concord's interference while they themselves have been acting within Concord and Matar law within Matar space. For this a suspect tag would be enough.
So, you attack a Cicadian Seeker while in Matar space, I would like to attack you and not have Concord save your sorry ass.
Thank You

Um, dude... do you even know what sleepers are and their backstory? Going by your suggestion here, I'm guessing no. You suggesting protection for what is essentially highly advanced drones, not actual people.
EvE is hard. It's harder if you're stupid.

Even Amarr might be welcome in Matar space if they could only behave. So yes, even if just a machine, if it obeys the law while in our space it should be unmolested. |

I don't have to go to WH space to get attacked. I can just fly too close to most any POS in high sec.
Get to close to someone else's base... pretty straight forward.
To me, since these machines appear to be obeying the law, what I am most objecting too is the protection to those that attack them.
A suspect tag is enough.

Sleepers are not drones, they control drones, but they themselves are not drones. They are called sleepers because they choose to live in a VR world. |

This would extend the same rights to a machine as any wreck or shipping container.
I would like the opportunity to use my guns to object to their treatment.
You will have all rights to return fire as always. |

You will have all rights to return fire as always. Find out who is doing something you don't like, leave NPC corp, wardec those being naughty in your opinion, shoot them without having to worry about concord.
Tools already exist for what you want, suggest you use them.

Most everything is a threat, space is a very dangerous place. Yet, so far these machines have obeyed the law.
Since wardecking is very impractical, maybe logi support would be a place to start. Likely I would draw the suspect tag, but if I were engaged I could return fire. See if that works...
If not, maybe just assemble lots of destroyers and gank. Fees like most everyone here seems ok with that.

you can not use remote rep on a hostile NPC (idk if you can use it on any npc)

You can remote rep a hostile NPC.
Just look for CONCORD to pop you when you do, however. |

Interesting. Wonder if that is true for NPC rats as well... years ago I lost a Hulk because instead of launching hobs against the rats in the belt I accidentally launched armor repair drones. CONCORD didn't like that and blew up my Hulk.
Maybe they changed the code for this along the way? |

Sorry, took a while to test using remote repair. Things are shy and tend to warp off when you get close. Remote repair will not actuate and you get a pop-up stating interferance being the problem.
So. I still desire the suspect tag for attacking Seekers and it seems fair to put a suspect tag for repairing also the ability to remote repair Seekers should be added.
Again, I am only proposing this for Matar space.
