Also, with the cap injector boost a mega or pest can run a dual rep tank just as well as an amarr BS - all amarr really have is a bit more base armor. Fix ECM and Amarr is fixed. As soon a single multispec jammer can't put an armageddon out of a fight anymore (applies to most amarrian ships)Amarr ships are of use again. Almost everyone in this game agrees that ECM is broken and needs work. It can be countered somewhat with ECCM - Amarr can't do that because most ships (read: those who are gimped) lack the mid slots to do so. Low slot backup arrays are a waste of space. Until ECM is fixed amarr have a set of very good ships in gangs as long they don't get jammed (DUH). This leads us back to pilgrim and curse. It's not the fact that they are drone boats that make em good. They'd work with lasers just fine. The I WIN mid slots make them useful.
