I am getting REALLY tired of the daily bunch of mails regarding all the happiness I can obtain from various homepages, selling ISK for money. Loads of mails, and SOO many links in the larger chats (in this case, Danish Channel).
CCP, I realise that it will take some thinking, but could you PLEASE come up with some sort of filtering for this spam?
And what do you do about it when we petition these idiots? Do you delete all their accounts and ban their IP?
Something needs to be done...

All it needs is a GM that plays the game to have an auto ban button.
Heck sit a client in game while the devs are working. Each time they see an ISK seller spam, they hit the anto ban button. A spammer would get off one message and bang they are banned.
They'd have to create a new trial account for every message they wanted to send.

There was one particularly active bot the other day that was spamming a mal-formed URL.

Pettition it, so far I have sent 3 pettitions for spam mails, 2 were answered right away the player disappeared from the game (one way or another) and the 3rd is still open. All we can do is make ccp aware of what we get and allow them to keep the game clean of these folks violating the eula.

These are bots using less than a day old trial accounts on (probably) dynamic IPs. There is not much they can do. Apply filter, bot will adopt, apply new filter, bot will adopt again.
Just set fee for contacting you higher and put chat spammers on ignore, problem solved.

There is something that can be done:
Remove trial accounts and add a trial server. Must not be fast server - just enough to have a look at the game.

Well, someone has to sell all that isk and I think that even if they keep spamming the trial account options we could still be able to reduce their number with help from CCP by organising flagrants.
So you catch the guy selling ISK when selling ISK with recordings, logs, fraps and a GM very close nearby. Like the cops/feds etc. do.
So this guy is getting real life money for something belonging to CCP.
They can call the cops and ars feck the guy badly.
Somethiung can be done yes. And I asure you that with a few examples of harsh punished individuals most of them will stop taking the risk.

Hmm yah, I am still on trial account, but honestly I would just as easely pay a 1 month sub ...
Also, this mess is because CCP does not take any actions against exploiters, they gain lots of ISK and then sell it ...
